While I have been a loyal customer for the past two years my most recent visit left me somewhat disappointed.
The technician who performed my pedicure seemed to be in a rush, and her fingers were digging into my feet during the process. Additionally, despite being told to return at 2:45, I still had to wait for an hour before receiving my service. As someone who values punctuality and quality, this was quite frustrating.
In the past, I have had positive experiences with Kathy’s daughter, and another employee who did a good job. However, this is the first time this particular nail tech did my pedicure.Unfortunately, the rushed service did not meet my expectations.
On a positive note, Kathy herself has done my pedicure a few times, and I appreciate her attention to detail and the time she takes to ensure a thorough job. I have always been happy with her work.
As a regular customer, I understand the importance of leaving a tip for excellent service. However, given the recent experience, I am hesitant to do so this time. I did not mention this to Kathy during my visit because I wanted to give the shop another chance. However, I may reconsider

Absolutely the best experience! I had read that everyone loved Tiffany and I was lucky enough to have Tiffany do my mani-pedi, reviews were spot on! Being a nurse, we aren't allowed to have artificial nails, embellishments or gel- only plain nail polish. My nails look so good, it looks like gel, but isn't! I'm so happy I found her.... the entire staff was friendly and I felt welcome, I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Tiffany did a fantastic job on my mani and pedi! I was very pleased to get the length and shape that works for me. She was very kind and really took the time to give me the end product I wanted. ❤️

I have been coming here faithfully for years now and I am never disappointed. All the ladies are the absolute best. I've never felt so comfortable at a nail salon before. And the work is always amazing.

Got a gel manicure here from David. Great experience - my nails have last way more time than any other place I have gone in the past. (Almost 3 weeks and still in great condition)Went to a place down the road for a pedicure a few days prior and it was not a good experience. Will go back to Nails First again!

I have been coming “with appointments” highly recommended to “ Nails First” for almost 4 years. During that time , I have had waxing, facials, pedicures and especially gel manicures. I can guarantee that they are THE BEST I have ever experienced. My skin is rather thin around my fingers and they never nick or hurt it. I get tons of compliments on my nails and toes. The shop is exceptional and clean. Prices are fair. I do recommend a reservation as the shop is quite popular these days, so walk-ins cannot always be seen to that day.
