I had the worst experience here I will never ever come here again I asked for an almond shape it was so ugly so she catches an attitude and over charged me because I wanted her to take them and ff abs say it took her an hour I will never go there ever again bad customer service waste of money and time

I wanted so badly to love this place since it’s in a perfect location. I was willing to overlook the smell and disorganization hoping the service was good, since the reviews seemed decent. Im not going to overlook it. I had my eyebrows waxed and made it out to my car before I realized not near enough was taken off. I went back inside and they took me back in, no problem. I know eye brows aren’t twins, but after being “fixed” they looked completely different from each other. I ended up being able to fix them at home but it’s so frustrating going in for just a maintenance wax and having them completely messed up.

Customer service is poor Kathy prioritizes talking and texting on her phone than finishing your nails in a timely manner. 3 hours for a pedi and small acrylic set for them to not last a week is insane!! What’s more crazy is to be given a hard time when 4 nails pop off in not even a week and be asking to pay half after paying $190 plus tip for 2 basic acrylic sets and a pedi which luckily I did not because I gave option of fix or refund 4 days and nails literally just falling off. Kayla went over Kathy’s work from 4 days prior and did a amazing job. I got there at 4 which was the time Kathy told me come back to then be told sit and when she’s free she will fix them… luckily Kayla stepped up after me waiting 45 min and redid my set and had me in and out in 30 min was attentive and her work was neat & clean!! I will NEVER return they are comfortable thinking people have no where to go but them hopefully they change their attitudes and work ethic towards paying customers!

Anna did an awesome job, as well as very patient! She took her time and listened when I asked for specific attention to my nails and my ball of foot.
I look forward to my return visit. A+ service on a quiet Sunday!
Cleanliness: Salon was top notch! They show their attention to sanitizing and cleanliness overall.

Loved my experience here! We had 5 people in our group and every nail tech was super attentive and made all of us feel like VIPs! We did call ahead to make sure they had enough staff working, so if you have a big group definitely call ahead. The location is easy to find, very clean with an open layout so it’s easy to talk to each other. We had a lot of fun! Great environment and excellent service! Best nail salon I have been to in a very long time! The nail color selection is really great and they have every option (acrylic, gel, powders, etc). They are the nicest people I will for sure be coming back!!!

Ne, Annie and Taylor are amazing! If you leave dissatisfied it’s not them, it’s you! And for the man that sent a whole blurb speaking for his girl… doesn’t sound like she’ll be happy anywhere, so maybe you should learn how to do her nails for her since you’re her spokesperson! Meanwhile I’ll enjoy my time at the salon every single time!
