Hello! I am not a recent customer however I do want to leave a honest response.
I heard great things about this salon and as a girlie that could not find a personal Tech I needed a quick fix. The reason why I came was not all bad. My nails were okay but the charges I was not expecting was not okay. No biggie. My sister was there she agreed to cover the price while I tip the ladies. A tip is essential when receiving pesonal services. I made the tech aware and she said okay. My sister was not charged yet and still getting her set done. I waited in the salon for the reason of I did not drive and had no way of getting back to Norfolk. That lady harassed me every ten min until my sister was done and made it seem as if I was trying to run off. I am versed in nail art as I wear them often and one thing I’m not doing is running off on a tech I can use later if in need. It got so bad at one point another tech had to tell her to leave me alone the person agreeing to pay the $30 remaking fee is in the chair and almost done. SMH. Good work just poor service. I never returned but my nieces did and they were unhappy as well. Since it’s been so long I hope the service has gotten better because at the time nobody matches a salon in the nail art game in that area.
Reason being as to why I haven’t returned well it completely comes down to the customer service at the time. Are the same people still working there now? I would not be able to tell you but the story is the story.

My daughter and I went here to get pedicures for a mini girls day. The staff were very friendly and they did an amazing job on the service we received. We will be returning!

Gave me toe infections and fungus in my nails in 2021 when everything started opening up a little from the pandemic lockdown…I am still currently receiving treatment to take care of the rest of my nails that still have not healed all from going to get my nails done here. I even had to pay $5 extra for a new pack of tools to use on my feet every time so how exactly did I get this fungus……hmmmm??? Only God knows but my foot surgeon stated that it came from having my nails done with unclean or tools that had not been sanitized properly there. I have not been back there since and will not. The owner did mine and my moms nails every time we were there and its bad because me and my mom both trusted this man and we went together most times and would have a bonding day together just for this to happen to us (hers wasn’t nearly severe as mine is)…

New ownership has been wonderful! Mike and Tina always take time with my nails. When I desire a design, Mike is there to get it done. I keep my nails simple but go wild every now and then.

Stopped in randomly to see if someone could help me with my nails. I had very brittle and thin nails due to me trying builder gel on myself. Bad decision! Michael immediately helped me and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails feel and look great! 😊

Just got my nails done last week and now this week, the whole nail has been falling off. It's not supposed to just fall off like that. vibe was ok. Just will never go there again and do not recommend

Went to get a spa pedicure not even a week ago and the polish already came off, whole.. I asked for gel.. I also got acrylic on my big toe and the whole thing completely came off. I’m so disappointed.

I have been going here for about a year now to get my nails done and pedicures. Mike is the one to do my nails and he does an AMAZING job. Even when I ask for nail art he can follow photos I show him easily. I definitely recommend Nauti Nails!

Thank you Tina, Great service. Pedicure was great & your prices are affordable. Which means, I can afford to get a pedi once a month! That’s Refreshing!! French tip manicure was great too! I will be returning!

Twice I went here and requested silver chrome pedicure abd twice these idiots gave me gold. Then the pot belly one told me just try it and if you don't like it well change it. Then when I Saud it was the wrong color they said it was my fault. The guy that works there threatened me and forced me to pay for a something I didn't want and was unsatisfied with. I paid a $100 and they refused to fix the problem. They are rude and racist. Keep your money and go somewhere else! See you in court!Service: Pedicure
