My fur baby was well taken care of, and they didn't hesitate to help me with saving money. My fur baby isn't big enough yet to have a full cut, and I appreciated them for being honest except just taking my money.

I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my recent visit. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. However, just moments later, another customer of a different skin complexion walked in and was greeted immediately. The difference in treatment was noticeable and concerning. Especially when we both are spending money.

I go here monthly for pet grooming. They do a good job making my dog look and smell nice including nail trimming.

Took my grandpup for training with Amy and she is fantastic! Very thorough with her directions and knowledge. She was good in helping with getting the puppy started on the road to being the best dog she can be.

"Stop the presses, folks! We have a five-star PetSmart extravaganza to discuss! So, picture this: I stroll into PetSmart looking for some treats for my beloved pets, and what do I find? Super worms wearing capes! I swear, these little guys must have thought they were auditioning for 'Bug-Man: The Musical' because they flew straight into my leopard gecko's mouth like tiny, winged superheroes! My gecko looked positively thrilled with his unexpected aerial snack attack.
But wait, there's more! I also picked up a chew log for my rabbit, and let me tell you, he was over the moon – or should I say, over the carrot patch? He immediately started sharpening his teeth on it like he was training for the bunny Olympics. It was like watching a tiny lumberjack at work!
And let's not forget PetSmart's impeccable selection of quality products. They always have exactly what I need to keep my furry (and scaly) friends happy and healthy. So, if you want your pets living their best lives with products they deserve, look no further than PetSmart. They've earned every single star during this trip.
