Based on the reviews, Planters Peanuts has very friendly and helpful staff, with Keisha and Shaniqua noted as kind, professional, and the best shipping office personnel encountered in 10 years. The smoked peanuts are loved and can't be found in Detroit. However, the location is difficult to access due to truck restrictions everywhere in Suffolk, with almost all streets marked no trucks. GPS and Google Maps are not recommended as they route through no truck zones; a Hammer truck GPS app is suggested instead. The route involves turning right on Dill Rd, left on Madison, and following Culloden to the truck gate. The plant is narrow with blind corners, and unloading took about an hour. Check-in and out took 2 hours. The signage is decent if paying attention, but the route in and out is crazy.

Truck restrictions everywhere in Suffolk.rt 13 business north, turn right on dill rd.turns into county rd.turn left on Madison.t/r on culloden.truck gate on left just after s.s.no overnight parking.took about an hr to unload me there.leave the same way you came in is best route
