Cindy and her family have done my mani/pedi for at least 5 years. I have never had an issue. My nails always look good and I am often complimented on them. I recommend Pro Nails.

I’d give zero stars if I could.
I went in after many years of going to a different salon. I was 2 weeks overdue for a fill since I chose to not share covid with others. Cindy looked at my nails and started talking about how bad they looked. She started ripping them off without even telling me. She took a metal file and shoved it under 4 of my nails before I started to cry and said no more. She soaked off the rest but proceeded to call me a crybaby to everyone on the nail shop. Whatever, yeah I cried, it was painful that the ladies next to me felt horrible for me.
She soaked off the rest and the gave me a new set. They looked good but not worth that pain. Her husband however needs to no longer be doing this at all.
He got almost even cuticle with the drill and just is so shaky now. I went back a second time to give them another chance. Called me crybaby to everyone again and basically said it was my fault. This place is older and run down now. Time to retire. Thanks for years of good service but that service is no more.
Stylist: Don’t care about what you want, will do what they want. The guy will hurt you with the drill and is just too shaky.

I regret letting the older lady do my eyebrows. I told her to stay low, no arch, and she did anyway. Then I told her no on my mustache, and she slapped the wax on there anyway. No respect for peoples wishes. I only saw an older man, an older lady, and a guy, maybe in his mid-30s. He did my mani pedi. He did not clip my toe cuticles. He did my fingers, and they were sore. He was probably using dull clippers. Kept pulling. It looks jagged now. Polish was good. Even after giving them my own clear coat and color, he still tried to use his own.
**Needless to say. I will not be going back.**

Don’t waste your time.. went there to get a polish removal.. the lady quoted me the price on the wall with hesitation… told them I had to run to my car to get the change.. came back in, they took the price up..

Went there for a polish change, the older female tech questioned me about other services. When I declined and requested gel polish only she immediately said $25!!! I should’ve known it was a reason the place is always empty! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, RUDE !!

If I could give Zero stars I would! This place is unprofessional and lazy! When I first walked in the lady was laying down on the chairs ( lounging style) asking what kind of service I'm looking for. I told her what I wanted, she then explains to me that they don't do powder but when I turned around I saw all the different color powders... of course I asked about the color powders behind me. then another worker came saying they can't do it. I asked why? Then they said it was too much work! (Mind you I was the 1 of 2 customers who were there). So I left and as I was leaving they were saying smart remarks and waving me off. Highly disappointed and don't recommend!!!

By far the worst nail service I've ever received. Not only were the workers (I think they're the owners) extremely rude, but the service itself was awful.Didn't even receive the full service I paid for because she was rushing (there was no one even waiting for most of my service.)My cuticles were cut dry (not pushed or wet like everyone else in the salon), and the end result was awful.The salon was filthy. Sitting water, clearly nothing gets wiped down. Just nastyYou pay the same amount at a decent nail salon. Don't come here. You'll regret it.

My last time coming here the most rushed pedicure I have ever had and I was the only customer in the building she was older in age maybe she was just tired!! I'm not confident they're the most cleanest and not all the utensils are cleaned or cleaned properly, the cuticle thing was thrown in the basket know that's probably never cleaned. CINDY had a nerve to get an attitude when I complained about how she polished my big toe and had to redo it telling me how my nail is shaped and white polish is hard .. This wasn't my first pedicure or having white polished have never heard anyone else say this. LAST TIME

Went today to get a full set with French tip one nail with a heart and was told no the lady had a nasty attitude my friend and I immediately walked out will not be back and do not recommend.

I went in to get my acrylics refilled, and it looks like they barely refilled it. All of my nails are uneven. One of them is a completely different shape. They overall just look horrible. Will not be returning ever.Service: Acrylic nails

Went to get nails done at 6:15 online said they closed at 8 they had wrote a 7 over it in I guess fingernail polish but when my wife walked in the man rudely told her they were closed and she needed to go I asked what time there hours are to the lady when I picked her up and she said she closed now and kept walking rude as can be
