This location is responsible for an unbelievable number of patients, so, please expect a wait to pick up your meds (is there a magical pharmacy somewhere which has immediate service for every person who walk through the door?) The staff is always working and running in the back. I have received more correctly reliable information letting me know when my rx's are ready for pickup at this location than I have at other locations. Sometimes, I can tell that the employees have been working non-stop and have heard them get multiple earfuls of anger from patients over things they have apsolutely no control over, and they still try to help or just take the abuse. They can be a little frosty at times (which I've experienced at every pharmacy at one point or another), but I've never heard them be outright rude. Again, I've seen them take plenty of it in the other direction. Understand that you will wait and have patience. If you are upset and it's not their fault, take your anger to the appropriate party and if it is the pharmacy's fault, please let them know and give them the opportunity to correct. Thanks guys, for always trying to help me each time I come in (multiple times a month). It's appreciated!

Every month I spend 5-10 days and on average about 15 phone calls attempting to get my prescription filled. Every time they say it will be filled it isn't. My prescription is for 30 days only so they cost me 5-10 days every month of not having the prescription I need.

Agree with the other posts that say that 1 star is generous. This pharmacy is truly awful. Clerks are usually rude and always slow. I dread picking up prescriptions because I know it's always going to be an hour wait. There always seems to be a dozen people behind the counter yet the wait is still ridiculous. I see reviews that say the same thing going back years so obviously nobody is doing anything to improve the situation. Will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Pharmacist was rude. They make you sit in the line for an hour and a half then ask you to pull back around when there is 10 cars behind you. Will be filing a compliant with state board on rude pharmacist.

I think they are great, especially when you realize that many pharmacies have closed and now they are bombarded with patients who don't care or empathize. They want it now! Pls guys, remember when you look behind that desk, it's always, always, busy... I really am happy with how much they have gone thru and still not drowning.

Friendly staff, nice facility. The problem lies in the fact they can't get close on a wait time estimate. For example" wait time is about 30 minutes". An hour later and you approach the counter and they ask "so have you've been waiting?"

Never enough associate to help the customers. Every time I visit this location to pick up prescriptions, the drive Ttru is always back up with 6 to 8 Car. Go inside, one person at the register and 6 to 8 people in line. This is ridiculous.

My husband and I have had a terrible experience trying to get our prescriptions filled at this Rite Aid. For this latest round, I ordered my prescription refill over a week ago using the automated phone system. We attempted to pick up my prescription on Tuesday late afternoon and were told it had been ordered and would be ready the following afternoon. We proceeded to return every afternoon since, to be met with the same answer. Depending on which pharmacist we spoke to, we also were met with rudeness and a response of "I don't know what to tell you." When asked for confirmation of when the medication was ordered or any sort of tracking information, no one could give us a direct answer. We will be switching pharmacies and making sure to share our terrible experience with anyone who asks.

I have to say I don’t entirely blame the employees for the pharmacy being not so great but you are always gonna have a wait coming in here to get a refill. Even when I came here a few weeks ago for a pick up and I was the only one at the counter, nobody was there. I had multiple people see me from the back area and pay me no mind. I must have waited for 15 minutes before some came up to ask if I had been helped. I only keep coming here because it’s very convenient from my house but they have try and do better with customer service.

Im being generous with this review because the front of store is well kept and stocked. However THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE. I called to get a transfer on my refill at 9 am.(It was orig. filled at hospital pharmacy) Called to see of it was ready around 330, NO ANSWER. Went in to pick up script and after waiting in a long line about 9 people ahead of me, guess what it wasn't ready, hadn't even been worked on. They said it would be a 20 min wait as it was there but pharmacist was working on it. Turns out the transfer had just been requested because the transferring hospital pharmacy called to let me know and counsel me on the script because they couldn't even reach the pharmacist.Took almost an hour after I was told 20 mins. After 14 years its gone downhill so bad and I will be changing pharmacies!!
