I was always under the impression that when a doctor called in a prescription it was done as soon as possible so why even when you wait hours to go pick it up is it still not ready when you go pick it up.. and don’t get me started on how rude and lazy acting the staff is there they hardly want to do anything to help you

The pharmacy sucks. No other way to put it. They refuse to answer the phone, even from other pharmacy’s. I went in there in person to get a script transferred to my regular pharmacy (as they hadn’t touched or tried to fill it for hours) and they refuse to answer the phone when my pharmacy calls them to transfer the script. Called multiple times to talk to someone and no answer. Short staffed or not this is unacceptable. People need their medication this is ridiculous.

The only reason I still go to this RiteAid is because it is less than a mile from my home. Every time I try calling the pharmacy they NEVER answer. I tried Saturday 4 different times through the day and at one point 3 times in a row. No answer. Today I have called through out the day and haven’t been able to reach anyone. I understand people get busy but you can’t be too busy to not pick up the phone all day long. Saturday after calling I went in person and they had zero customers at the pharmacy and 4 people behind the counter. So why couldn’t anyone answer the phone!?

Called to have my meds switched here. I made a whole profile, and gave them the address and number of my old pharmacy. They reassured me they are going to call that day to have my meds switched over because they had just been sent to the other pharmacy and I wanted them to switch it to this one so I don't have to do the hour long drive. After asking them multiple times and explaining all that they reassured me they'll call but guess what. They didn't and now I have to drive the hour to pick me meds up. Will be switching to a diff pharmacy due to their lack of honesty and laziness.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill. I dropped off prescription yesterday which the girl behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me and helped two other people before me. Then I go to pick up today and it’s not ready. Over 24 hours later. It’s not that hard to print a label and put in on a box. Their customer service is lacking and they could care less about helping people.

The service for vaccinations is terrible. One person should be assigned specifically for vaccines.

If I could give a 0 I would. Doctor Harris (pharmacist) came out 25 minutes after my appointment for my second shingles shot. I had complained about wait time to another customer earlier. Harris came out raising her voice at me and another customer about us complaining about rite aid. Manager did nothing. Just shook her head. I am done with rite aid for good.

I have been going to this store for a few years now and it has been l slow, but they were doing a decent job. That was until a few weeks ago.....I made an appointment for the covid booster on a Sunday. The staff at the counter confirmed my visit reason and had me take a seat. I was 3rd in line. I was taken back into the privacy room when it was my turn and the pharmacist gave me a shot. I went oit into the waiting area for my other prescription. The pharmacist then came out and informed me that she had not given me the vaccine i asked for and had infact given me something completely different! SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAS INJECTED INTO ME! They deserve less than a star rating.They deserve to be unemployed and the doors shuttered!!

Got in line for the pharmacy at 5:40, sat for 20 minutes as they helped the one single car in front of us. Pulled up to the window at 6:01 and they closed the window right in our faces. Incredibly unprofessional.

This store on Rt.58 Holland Rd takes good care of my dad & I!! From scripts to vitamins & supplements to our diabetic testing supplies they are our go to store !!!

This store could use some cosmetic updating but otherwise it is always neat and clean. You never see boxes of stock piled up in the aisles.Prices are typically more than places like Walmart but you know when you go in there, you're going to find exactly what you need and the associates are always willing to help you, if you need it. They smile and answer questions to the best of their ability without acting like you're bothering them. THAT makes all the difference in the world!The other stores in Franklin (Mainly Walmart and Dollar General) need to take lessons from Rite Aid!

Hello there My Kitties ?I've been trying to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, but alas I CAN'T STANDS NO MORE." RUDE PHARMACIST" by the name of TATIANA works there. Horrible phone skills and people skills. Should take a crash course in customer service. I just had surgery and I know my doctor escribed my prescription, but I waited enough time to contact the pharmacy. She answers the phone 5 minutes of phone prompts letting me know she just got the prescription (Untrue)and they were short staffed and I could come wait for it but it definitely take awhile. You've got to be kidding me. I truly miss the old pharmacy staff ? which actually cared about the customers. This younger generation has no tact. Has no manners. She's always abrupt on the phone. Fix this problem within your pharmacy or more customers will be switching to Walgreens. ??

No one answers the phone and it takes 5 business days from the time a prescription is received until it is ready to be picked up. I was told they were behind on counting...
