The pharmacy has shorted me on my medication twice now. Medication called for 12 pills, I get 10. I know rite aid is going out of business but they’re not making any more money by doing this. Check your meds at the store and count them yourself, or ask to verify the count. WATCH OUT!!!!

I can't even get through to the pharmacy by phone. It also takes days to get a prescription filled. If you are sick and need an antibiotic or in pain and need medicine, it is unacceptable to have to wait days to get you medicine. This is not a new problem, it have been going on for months and getting worse instead of better.

Manager at college drive Rite Aid is very unprofessional and rude!! I have called & complained to corporate. She was very rude to my family ! Two young adults customer service were friendly and professional. Co workers eating lunch on the floor.

The store is okay, but the pharmacy really sucks. I hate using this pharmacy but unfortunately my insurance has limited my options. Every time I have multiple prescriptions called in, they never fill them together. It seems as though they are purposefully trying to get me to come to the store as often as possible. They will fill one rx, then a few days later, they will tell me one is ready, then the other has to be ordered. I fail to understand why they can’t make it more efficient and process them both at the same time when they are both called in the same day. I was a pharmacy tech for a long time, and the process here makes no sense to me. Also, the pharmacist screwed up my insurance once and told them I had multiple insurances, causing me to have to call my insurance and get things straightened out before I could get my medication.This pharmacy never seems busy, but it takes forever to get anything done. It’s really a horrible system. I’m thinking about switching to a pharmacy way farther from me just to avoid this place.

Seriously, SCREW THIS PLACE. Been waiting over a week for my kids prescription and it's still not done. He's not supposed to be without it yet the incompetent employees in this pharmacy have forced him to be without and now his ENTIRE HEALTH CARE ROUTINE has been thrown off. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. They rush and answer the phone saying "can you hold?" NO. I CANNOT. And when I said this, they freaking HANG UP?! Oh HELL NO. Then the line was "busy". How freaking unprofessional. Corporate will be hearing from me ONCE AGAIN.

The store it self is great. The pharmacy is overwhelming. It's always a long task. Your doctor puts an order in on Monday and still by Wednesday not ready. They dont answer the phone timely and then i still have drive up to request my prescription to be completed. This is not good or organized.

The store part is mostly fine. This review is for the incompetent pharmacy. If you need a refill, don't expect to see it same day. In fact, don't expect to see it the same week. And don't bother calling about it, either. Apparently, no one knows what a phone is back there. How slow they are TO DO ANYTHING is appalling. Everyone needs to be fired and actual competent people need to be brought in.

Do not use this pharmacy for your prescriptionThey are always behind I give them a week and when I go to pick up my meds they are never ready I still have to wait.Tonite they really ticked me off my Doctor sent in a new script for a new Diabetes medication and they gave me the old medicationWhen I question them they were very rude and impoliteAnd She nasty told me I could not get it until tomorrowWell I told her my doctor sent in the script on SUNDAY ITS THURSDAY AND THEY DID NOT HAVE IT READY I AM SICK OF THIS PROBLEM I AM GOING TO CHANGE PHARMACY THEY ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLE LIVES. I AM A SENIOR DIABETIC AND I NEED MY MEDS GIVING THEM A WEEK EACH TIME SHOULD MORE THEN SUFFICIENTAND TRAIN YOUR STAFF NOT TO BE SO RUDE AND NASTY WITH THE CUSTOMERNO WONDERRITE AID IS INBANKRUPTCY RIGHT NOW

Rude pharmacy tech! They don’t care that patients need their medication. Being “behind” after waiting for hours when someone can’t be out. Waiting 3 day and still no resolution. Do NoT USe Rite Aid they are all a mess

How tf you gonna just NOT answer the phone? Also, why tf does it take 10 full business days to fill a single script? And don't get me started on how when the rx is FINALLY ready, you don't send the call to let you know until 1 minute before closing. I swear, there are only, like, 2 competent people in there.

Always easy to get in and out of this particular location. Its bright, clean and well organized. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service. It takes forever to get a prescription filled. Eight hours is ridiculous. Definitely will be figuring out where else I can go with my insurance.

I like the location and I’ve never really had a problem with the pharmacy, until today. The older lady working today must not be having a good day cause she’s so rude and sarcastic that our 5 min interaction resulted with me finding a new place to go.

Most often this is a very good store. Having used the CVS on high street anything is preferred. As with any business there are good and bad people working there and customers can be problematic. All in all they are better than getting stabbed in the eye with a sharp stick.

I scheduled my daughter covid booster shot for 7:20pm she was finished by 7:26pm. She waited the 10 mins and was done. Very professional, very swift and kind. Will be going back for the next booster. Thanks Rite Aid Pharmacy workers for being nice to my daughter.
