Ut has limited selection oneif the managers are very rude and a cashier was lazy they open. 3rd regiter and she acted like she was so busy and get out if the register her name was athinas or something similar.

Ross is always my to go to place whenever I am looking for an outfit or just an item for a good reasonable price ! They have good selections of things and the staffs are very friendly !

The cashiers need to know when you serving customers….tend to the business…they are always on the phone on their handless handset talking ill amongst shoppers. What happened to only having personal phone calls after work…now it’s on the clock in front of the customers. It’s sad.

I called a store to check if they had a type of perfume called "Coach". The person who answered the phone, Kennedy, put me on hold to check, but when she came back, she said they didn't have it, but they had something similar. However, she wouldn't tell me what it was. I felt like she was being lazy and unhelpful. I just wanted to avoid driving a long distance to another store. Kennedy's customer service wasn't very good.

I usually do not write reviews BUT.....I fell DISGUSTED by the way this store is ran. (This is not my usual store but when I am on that side of town this is the one I go to and each time I have had about the same experiences with the extremely long wait times) First off, when I walked in there was only 1 girl working the registers and the line was going down the aisle you could tell she was very frustrated. It came time to check out and again the line was down the aisle people were agitated and asking for a manager, the girl at the counter called for assistance 3 times and NO ONE came to help and what made it even worse was that EVERYONE in the store could clearly hear workers in the back room laughing and playing around and NOT ONE of them came to help this poor girl. After about a while the manager (Nick) FINALLY showed up BUT did absolutely NOTHING to help, he just walked up and down the aisle acting like he was hard at work. This store should be ASHAMED of themselves for 1. Having a manager who obviously does NOT care about his workers, or he would have helped this girl himself, and continue to pay him for doing absolutely NOTHING to help his customers or employees And, 2. Allowing this to continue and doing NOTHING to change it. (Reading other reviews this is not the first time this has happened)
In Conclusion, I wish I could rate the employees because I would definitely give this girl a 5 star rating Her name is SHANA.
But, this 1 star is for the employees who would rather play then work, and to the store management who allows this to behavior to happen and does nothing.
P.S. Everyone that was standing in line felt so sorry for this girl they were offering her food and water.

I went into the store to return to return $21 of items (2 small wall shelves and a pack of craft paint brushes). I missed their 30 day return policy by 1 day. I explained that my husband had fallen and was hospitalized and asked if they could override to return so I didn't have to get a merchandise credit. I was told no by the manager Carolyn when I know that is just not true. The cash wrap where I was doing my return ran out of gift cards so the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I could go to another register to get her a gift card so she could process the return. Absolutely not! I have had issues with Ray being rude as well. I will take my money elsewhere. Oh, and let me tell you about the night I saw a rat running around in the area between the 2 sets of doors. Obviously this place is dirty if rats are inside! Management is rude and has no compassion for others hard times!
