Their salesperson Buster was very knowledgable and he let me browse for what I want d. When I found it he was efficient in locating the availability and answered all my questions.
This is the third time we have purchased living room furniture from Schewels. I would go back again.

Schewels is horrible I wouldn't give them one star. Purchased a living room set and in less than a year it is falling apart. We paid 349.00 extra for a warranty just to find out that the damage isn't covered. 2500.00 wasted and the store doesn't want to help. We will NEVER do business with this store again. I suggest that if your thinking about purchasing anything from them think hard. The peices are cheaply made and the prices are too high to be falling apart in less than a year. Highly disgusted!!!

Furniture is cheap design. Warranty doesn't cover anything the average Warranty should. Furniture falling apart after 12 months. Buyer Beware!!

I walked in to browse and was immediately greeted by a very sweet soul named Buster. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the furniture I was interested in. I'm a pretty indecisive person when it comes to larger purchases and he was so patient through my many changed decisions lol. The ladies in the back handling the paperwork were great as well. I give them 4 stars because the furniture buying process is a bit lengthy and they didn't have a public restroom. Mr. Buster was the reason I decided to make a purchase this day. I think the building needs a makeover but aside from that, I'd definitely shop here again in the future. I haven't received my furniture yet as it is on backorder, but I will update this review once I receive the furniture.

My husband and I went to this location a few months ago. While Buster was absolutely wonderful, I must be honest about the store and merchandise. This location had SEVERAL dead roaches on the floor near the bedroom set ups. The ladies in the back were just chatting away. A garbage can in the front of the store (under a desk) was overrun with garbage like there wasn’t a rodent problem at this store! Unfortunately, this was the only chain that had a type of set my husband was interested in. The good thing is that they had to call another location who actually had the set in stock (and they only had what we were looking for on display). Bad thing is that it was the model at their other location. When we got the merchandise, there were a few scratches on the left and apparently on the right, someone tried to cover up the scratches by what looks like a Sharpee (good light shining on it shows EVERYTHING)! My husband took pics and called the company. Weeks later, he has still not received a call back. We wanted to support a smaller business, but just should have stuck with what we were familiar with.
