I came in the other day and an employee, a white woman with brown hair, was very very rude and had a very bad attitude. On top of that she was on the phone and swearing in front of the customers. And when I asked for help she rolled her eyes and sighed. I don’t think she should be in the customer service business, if I was her boss I would fire her immediately that is no way to treat the customers. Will not be coming back. And it’s not even worth one star.

My friends and I came in at around 8:45-8:50 to pick up a pair of shoes, we already knew what we were getting, we were just going to pay for them. Yes, it was late, but we knew it would take about 2 minutes to grab the shoes and pay. The second we pull i tot he parking lot an employee with lots of piercings starts looking through the glass at us and rolling her eyes, giving us nasty faces, and clearly saying something. When we walk in she gives all of us all a VERY nasty look and tells “you know we close in ten minutes”, we then told her we were just grabbing shoes and paying and even apologized when we walked in. She then walks by us harshly and goes in the back, still giving us nasty looks. Insanely unprofessional and not an employee I’d want working there. It made none of us to ever want to return. The only reason I can say it’s one star is because the other employee working at the front was very kind. I did not get a name from the other employee, but she had face piercings and a blonde/brown hair color. Very very unprofessional.

Great shoe store with a wide selection! It has a vibe similar to Payless or Footlocker, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love it and will definitely be back!

Woman a front desk was extremely helpful. Showed me exactly what type of sneakers to wear since I am on my feet 10hrs a day working. Highly recommend this place

I went in here on Friday and had an awesome experience. The young man with blonde hair, was so patient with me and 85 year old mom. And helped find the perfect shoe for my mom. This store has a great selection and great prices come check it out.

This location doesn’t deserve a star b/c of the lack of incorrect inventory. Shoes are in the wrong size box and when asked to order online you can’t even get the same sale price, what a disappointment!!
