This location doesn’t deserve a star b/c of the lack of incorrect inventory. Shoes are in the wrong size box and when asked to order online you can’t even get the same sale price, what a disappointment!!

Good selection. Young kids working aren’t much help. They would rather stand around the register and BS with each other but kids will be kids. I knew what I wanted and it was easy to find so no biggie. They have Sketchers

Cant believe my experience here tonight, the manager Peggy racial profiled my 2 daughters l, ages 5 and 7. Said they pulled something out of their pocket as if they were stealing. Sad, I cant believe my daughters had to have this experience, We spent over 500 at one time. Yet, the manager treated us so poorly, yelled at me and told me thay kids put stuff in their pockets all the time, my daughter was actually pulled out a gift card my uncle gave her. Sad, I filing a complaint.

I love this hidden little gem right in the middle of suffolk! I had no idea this was even here until I was looking online for some shoes that were hard to find and lo and behold found them here. Ironically I was in South Carolina when I ordered them and found them right here in my hometown in Virginia. I will for sure be going back! The manager of the store was super kind and called me to tell me that my order was ready for pickup and was even able to hold them for me longer than expected so I could come back from travel and pick them up.

love that animal with red hair. one of the employees kept whispering sinister thoughts to me to eat the shoes throughout the store. a little confusing but over all great experience:) will be buying a shoe from here again
