I was having issues getting service started at a new address after moving cross country. Multiple calls to the Spectrum call center over the course of the week provided zero help. This was a huge source of stress on top of what you normally deal with during such a big move. I was able to walk in and with Latia’s assistance walked out with exactly what I needed.

I can’t count how many issues I have had with their internet. Once Cox cable is available in our area, I will be switching. Terrible service, equipment, and internet connection.

Service in Carrollton is a joke. Disconnected landline calls, intermittent internet. But they charge regardless of whether or not they do their job.

Had a trenching job in SoCo VA via Spectrum. Scottie (I.C or Sub Co.) was fast and efficient. Great worker! Unloaded/ loaded solo.. took care of gate requests. Highly recommended!

I hate the fact that Spectrum has a monopoly on my specific area. We have no choice but to use them. I would go back to dial up if I could with how bad this service is. They have the worst internet service on the planet. It randomly drops all day long. It doesnt matter if its residential or business internet. There is no reliability at all. Especially if u have cameras or security that uses the internet. Might as well just use my phone Hotspot to secure my home. I wish I would have moved to an area with Verizon or Cox. Cox was good to me. Never had a problem with them ever.Everytime my internet goes out from now on, I will update this review with a date and time. So people can see how trash this service is. Starting now. NOTE: This does not reflect all the other times it went out before this point.Update: 11/29/2023Never thought it could get any worse. I have had 6 modems and routers replaced in a year and half. The 1gb speed im supposed to have is actually 100mb roughly. The CS and TS has no idea what they are doing. I cant wait until Glofiber is done putting in the lines in our neighborhood. I will literally piss on the lines Spectrum has running through my yard.

My mom went here on her own to close our old account since my dad has passed away and to open a new one under her. Latia Stevens was patient and helpful to my mom through out the whole process and made it easy for her! Thank you for the great service! Been long time customers as well!!

Went on a wensday talked over plains said be back Friday..so Friday everything changed..need to have internet with them for service on phone ..called there main branch ..they said didn't....well they were wrong.. mostly do to Verizon.. me being with them and agreements in between the two..but lot of No one knowing anything
