The past month I have had the hardest time securing a new phone due to low inventory. I live 40 minutes away from the store and took multiple trips in attempt to get a new phone. I owe a huge thank you to Marcus and Krista for helping me🙏🏼. They truly are awesome and deserve a raise for their hospitality😊

Had to get my modem updated so they said I would be able to take old modem to any spectrum store took it there on a Sunday they would not accept said I had to take it to UPS to return it which is stupid when you can just hand delivered to the person in the store spectrum is the worst customer service I wish another internet service would come to my street and Smithfield Virginia so tired of being ripped off by spectrum who doesn't care about customer service or how long you been a member keep going up in prices and only thing you have is internet service sad company do not deal with them if you don't have to

Do not get spectrum!!! they charge hidden fees and make it impossible to cancel service. They have the worst customer service, they hold you ransom on the phone trying to sell you services and refuse to cancel your service. I was on the phone for 30 minutes!!!
