Service is trash! None reliable! Don't even bother using their services. Smoke signals are probably more reliable than their internet.

Was charged for services I didn't sign up for and was told my account would be credited, never happened and last but definitely not least the internet service sucks everytime you turn around it's going out , Verizon here I come

The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The employees are wonderful.
The problem I have is with the extremely expensive spectrum services that only work 50% of the time. I called customer service and was told that Spectrum completely disconnects my service every Wednesday night due to updating. I was told that every week, I have to unplug my modem and router and plug them back in to get it to start (partially) working again. Usually, I have to reset them two to three times over the course of one hour to get back to the regular intermittent service. I feel robbed, and I wish I could get my money back. Their service is below mediocre.
My remedy:
I switched to Verizon, they finally have service in my neighborhood. There is a 100% improvement, and it's 1/2 the price.

Internet service has been down over 24 hours, long before the storm hit our area and it's still down. This is so unacceptable and very poor business but they have our money but no service.

I live in Virginia and have spectrum Internet service. It went down over 17 hours ago and is apparently a regional problem. I have called back several times and have not gotten an explanation of why it is down nor an eta for when it may be fixed. They did offer to take two dollars or so off my bill since it was down all day. Spectrum definitely doesn’t care about individual customers and have no problem leaving Internet down with zero updates from their app or text messages as promised.

Took two trips to cancel my subscription. I got so fed up with paying for a service from them they refused to provide. Another Internet provider came to my neighborhood and it has been a lot better. No more lack of service for most of the week. And in the Spectrum outage that started yesterday according to neighbors, 25 hours later they still don't have Internet. The only down time I had was when the electricity went out, which is a different company from the Internet and didn't last long. I do NOT recommend Spectrum

Horrible service. Outages all time with no inclement weather conditions at all sunshine and rainbows outside. I recommend this service to no one.

A young lady named Krista helped me returning my cable boxes . She was the sweetest and most helpful young lady .
It was nice to walk into a phone place and everyone was so friendly and helping others with smiles on their faces . This place was a pleasure to walk in. Honestly , Verizon is the only place I have ever been in with unhappy employees who give you a stare while you are waiting to be helped .
So , all I can say is thank you Spectrum with awesome customer service and help . ?

Not happy at all with spectrum was very disappointed to have a broken line only to wait weeks for it to be repaired but then when I called for a credit spectrum decided that I was only worth getting $30 credit after dealing with multiple months of issues if there was another Internet service provider out here, I would leave in a heartbeat.

I just had an exceptional experience with Debra in the Tampa, Florida office! She was so helpful, thanked me for being a great customer for over 21 years, gave a discount plus renewed our discount for upgrading our cable box.. cut my bill in HALF! ?

I was charged more than what I was promised by phone, for Wi-Fi. Strongly advise report then to the Federal Trade Commission, for fraud. Reviewed pricing and service with salesperson over the phone several times, because my neighbor was charged more than double what they promised. They refused to get a supervisor, refused to listen to phone that was taped, then blamed me because 60 days passed and it was no longer available. I had called right after receiving the bill, and they listen to the original order, nope, never did, supervisor, nope, can't do it. Hours on the phone, just to be bent over again, and again.
