I had such a wonderful experience here. My reason for visiting was to change my plan to one of their newly offered Go5G plans and to also get a new phone. Thanks to one of their promotions, I was able to walk out with the new Pixel 8 Pro for free and also a free Pixel Watch 2. My monthly bill also decreased.I have been a T-Mobile customer for quite some time now and I have had nothing but stellar service, from both the network AND the staff. Their 5GUC (Ultra Capacity) band is actually faster than my home broadband connection. A lot faster. I always recommend T-Mobile to my friends and family and I will also now be recommending this particular location as well.The store manager and her associates were a joy to work with. The main associate I was assigned to was in training. Even with that being the case, I was given top quality customer service. And since I was "doing it all" during this particular visit, the manager used it as a great training opportunity for her new worker. She was so polite, cordial, and informative towards the new associate. I was very impressed with the way the manager ran her store and took care of her employees, ensuring they were receiving adequate and quality training. The day after, I made sure to leave a good review directly through T-Mobile and I do hope they got it. They for sure deserve this positive recognition.

The last time I was here I was helped by black woman and a black guy. They were extremely nice and very helpful. Today they were absent. I went in and before I can open my mouth these woman over there constantly running her mouth. She wait for you to be done asking a question to give you a NO answer just terrible. I was so frustrated I walked out. I will never ever Patronize Tmobile. I was there for a deployed sailor and no help at all! Not even a proper way to solve the issue.Edited:I went to this store today, 27Dec23 and the help I received was terrific. Kenzi was exceptionally helpful. She really went out of her way to call the New York Tmobile store to help my dad set up his phone. If I could give seven stars, I would. I am grateful for the fantastic service I received today after calling customer service and another store without help

I have 4 phone lines and the home internet with TMobile. I ordered the new IPhone 15 through the TMobile app and got it the day the phone was released. I activated the phone myself and I have experienced app issues since then. It seems as though I did not properly replace the old phone with the new one in the system. I also needed to turn in my old phone. I went to the downtown Suffolk store and it was a nightmare. Well, after waiting over 1/2 hour to be waited upon while several customers who came in after me were serviced, the rep who finally did wait on me was more interested in the conversation that he was having with another representative than actually servicing me. It took over 5 minutes for him to ask for him to just ask for the information that he needed to sign into my account. He literally asked for one piece of info and then proceeded to walk off to talk. I had to repeat info several times as he would ask a question and then talk to his co-worker, while I answered. I have never been so rudely treated in my life. I finally just left without any help as it was evident that he had no intention in actually trying to help me. I went to the TMobile store in Chesapeake on Portsmouth Blvd. They were incredibly helpful and I got everything done quickly. 10.22.23

Worse customer service ever!!! Blonde hair, short white lady had no customer service skills. Clapped at me and said get out when I tried to turn in my phone per instructions from T-Mobile. Sorry and will be switching from t mobile ASAP!!!!

This store needs to be shut down. It’s full of liars and scammers!! I’m not exaggerating at all. They literally will lie over and over to your face just to make a sale. The “manager” is a complete joke. She’s always in a meeting or not there and “messages” are given to her to contact the customer but she never ever reaches out to the customer! The only competent representative was K but she has even left the company! We have been dealing with this since January and literally nothing has been done. Just like the previous reviewer I was SCAMMED into upgrading two iPhones because the representative (blonde hair one that lives in NC) said we would basically get the phones for free because of their current promo. I heard they upgraded her to assistant manager! I’m expecting them to reply to this post saying some nonsense but I know the truth! I’ve never had to leave a negative review for a company but this store is sooo horrible! Stay away as far as you can!

The people at this store will waste your time, lie to your face, and cost you hundreds of dollars. One of the managers lied to me about a $1000 credit that would effectively pay off the phone I was trading for, but I only received a $250 credit and monthly installment charges that effectively double my bill. When I went in to ask about it, after waiting for an hour, they said there was nothing they could do at the store and that I would have to contact customer support.

I typically avoid the retail stores of carriers.. most I've been in seem like the wild west of sales. Yaseen, the rep, was kind, charming, and most importantly quiet! I didn't feel like having my business aired out for all to hear. I just needed a simple account fix and he did just that!

I went to see if service was available. I was assured by employee that I did. Stated she lived near my residence. I inquired if this was an issue could I bring phone back. I was told that wasn't an issue that they'd Void transaction. I repeated issue and the man &lady said it wasn't a problem.An hour later I called & told him I could not use the phone. Man said he'd leave a detailed message &they'd take care of me 'tomorrow' as he was closing.I went next morning as soon as they opened. The employee wasn't giving me my refund. I repeated what I was told. I paid for a service they didn't provide. I didn't 'change my mind'. I was told there'd be a complete refund by mgr the day before. The other mail employee said, "no problem, we'll do a post void ". Your refund will go through corp.and money will be refunded in a couple days ".I left expecting refund.They don't return my calls. Mgr is always 'on a conference call' when I call or stop in.Do not go here ! They will not be honest. They will say anything to get a sale and then not honor their words. This is my opinion from my experience on 8/6&8/7/2022

when i walked in the girl working there just stared at me until i asked for help finding something. the other worker was sitting down on his phone ignoring me. i was very uncomfortable in this shop and the prices are insane.
