I have been going to this nail salon for about 3 years. On Monday I called and ask for an appointment on Friday the 15th of August they gave me the 15th st 530, how about I get their about 520 gave the girl my she didn't show me down for an appointment so I called back and spoke to the young lady that does my nails she checked the book he put me down for next Friday the she ask I wanted to keep that appointment I told no she just lost a customer.

Spent a relaxing two hours getting dip power nails and gel pedicure. Great service. Lein does a great job.
Stylist: Lein always shapes my nails the way I like.

This shop is the best in the are IMO. Ill add pics of the completed nail looks. The give you advice about what will look best with the shape of your nail bed if you ask.

My wife and I had to leave for a wedding at 1:30pm, we had an 11am appointment.
We got to the location at 11:01am. My wife was called to the nail station at 11:05ish then a stylist told her that she would need to sit and wait for another 25 minutes and the stylist went to help someone else. Not having another option at the time and figuring we couldn't get in anywhere faster, we waited.
She was called back to a station and the stylist disappeared again, we waited until 11:50, called another nail salon, Nails Firs, and was seen immediately.

Tom always does an amazing job on my nails and my feet. The whole staff is extremely friendly. Always kept clean and vibrant. I wont go anywhere else. In my opinion they are the best in this Suffolk area. ❤️

I just moved from Florida and spent quite some time searching on google for a salon or nail tech. I came across Alicia’s name and she is certainly good at what she does. I had really great conversation with her and I appreciated her ask which way I was comfortable removing a broken acrylic nail. Thanks Alicia

I asked for tulips as a design for my big toes. Clearly, you can tell they look completely different. When I brought it to the young ladies' attention, she said she could see she went higher up on the other toe and then proceeded to put oil on my feet and walk away to the next customer. Therefore, no tip was given, nor will I come back or recommend this location. Embarrassing!

This is my favorite salon to go to and Alicia is my favorite nail tech in the whole wide world she always executes my nails flawlessly and there’s never a problem been a problem.

Don't waste your time. I've had nails for over twenty years and I have never been to a salon that refused to take care of their customers. I had my nails done on three days ago and have had two come off and one was cracked. I walked in and quietly explained the situation and immediately the guy said not his fault and $5 each to fix literally my nails were done three days ago and I told him no money he needed to fix them. I've never had this happen.

It was HORRIBLE! No water, scrub and massage was done to my legs. Toenails unevenly filed. I got a full set and the shape is ridiculous. Uneven. Lastly, I have streaks in the polish on nails and toes! I'm so, so annoyed. I don't think she knew how to polish nails. I wasted $95! I am definitely soaking them off this week and will never go back.Services: Acrylic nails

I was introduced to this place by a friend when I say this is the best nail salon , I love the atmosphere, but Ms. Alicia is the best,, I normally get gel manicure and pedicure,, and my manicure last 2 weeks,, unfortunately I learned today she’s leaving,, yet the entire staff is amazing..Service: Pedicure
