I brought my father, who has dementia, to this salon for a pedicure. He required a lot of patience during the service, and thankfully, our nail technician, Sky, was exceptional and handled everything with care. I’m grateful for the positive experience we had here. The front desk associate was also helpful and informative, both over the phone and in person.

Jessica is the best, customer service is always good when I go here. I would not change places unless I move. I am not moving ever. Jessica hands down the best tech, so sweet, kind, gentle and never rushing.

Always get amazing service here!!!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They always ask if I would like a water or anything. Also this is the only nail salon that had the duck tips. Sam is the best she is funny and very talented. Only one that does duck nails and she slayed these!! She is nice and quick.

During my pedicure today, the technician filed my toenails excessively with an electric file, causing one of my toes to bleed. Despite informing the technician that my toes were burning and one was bleeding, he still intended to apply nail polish.
I had to stop him and explain that I didn't want to continue the pedicure due to the pain and the risk of infection. Although the ladies at the front desk apologized for the "inconvenience" and offered to take half off, this response felt insufficient given the situation.
Needless to say, I will no longer be returning.

It was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful, and I didn't have any idea what I wanted for a beach vacation and they gave me plenty of ideas even with my short nails and did an amazing job!

Depends on your tech! My first experience was awful all around. A friend highly recommended that I try again with Karen and she was great!
