Never,ever finance anything through Townebank. My statements for my auto loan were NEVER on time the entirety of my loan. I would prepay and still get 7-8pm phone calls regarding the loan from Daniel Spencer who is very short,bordering on rude during phone communication. It is inappropriate to contact customers after business hours. Ive never encountered any other business that does this. Townebank loan service is very low tech as you cannot pay online at all or receive real time information regarding your loan. I have excellent credit and they hounded me like I stole the car yet the statements were not once on time but several would arrive all at once. Not helpful at all. If you have another option, avoid doing any loans through TB.
