“We were on vacation and about 20 miles from our destination when our car started acting up. I'm not much of a mechanic, but I was positive it was the transmission. Nothing $5,000.00 wouldn't fix. We had to get a rental car. We took our car to Aamco and they said the couldn't look at it for a week. No problem. 2 days later, they called and it wasn't the transmission. They recommended a shop. Friends got it there and in a couple of days it was ready. Prime situation for a rip-off job. They had a chance to rip me off, but darn it, they had to be honest. I wouldn't go to any other company for transmission work!”
