Chloe is AMAZING!! I came in tonight with a list of products to purchase and not a single clue what I was looking for. She was patient, sweet and extremely helpful. She literally saved my night! A1 service!

Michell blatantly lied about a promotion that was applicable to all Ulta Rewards members, wasting my time and causing grave inconvenience as I had to come back to the store and wait in another line to have my purchase price adjusted, all while bringing my two young children and Alzheimer’s-stricken grandmother with me both times. Michell claimed the coupon was only applicable to Ulta credit card holders, and after reading the fine print and speaking to a manager at a different store who confirmed that wasn’t true, I had to go back to that store. When I brought it to her attention, she agreed and was clearly unsurprised. Other employees were asking for her to sign off on things, so she was clearly either a manager or supervisor. She would have known that a credit card was not required to use that coupon. Simply being a Ulta rewards member is what is required. I don’t know why she would lie about that. She was pushing the credit card hard on myself and the women in front of me, talking the woman in front of me to get one even. Maybe on account of that lie, but who knows. Deceitful practices are unethical and unprofessional, and seeing as she was doing that to a person who was clearly overwhelmed caring for three other people- all the more cruel of Michell. I would not recommend this location.

Sara was a huge help to us! Took my daughter here to get makeup products for her school formal and Sara helped us to find the right shade of foundation and helped us to pick products within our budget.

I booked an online appointment for my hair. They called me the week before the appointment to say the girl that was scheduled to do my hair no longer worked there and they was going to cancel the service. Which was fine but he went a step further to say they would check with another stylist that could possibly do my hair and he would call me back....its been about three weeks and I haven't heard anything. It would be ok to cancel the appointment but don't go the extra mile and tell me something I didn't even ask for...yes got me feeling a lil bit salty!

Great store for chatting with your work friends, not so great to try to get someone to assist you or check out. Seriously need to train their staff to not stand in a circle and gossip when people are trying to find things.

The store is fine. Twice in a row now I’ve had an appointment with the salon I got a text an hour before saying it was cancelled. No phone call, no explanation just your appt is cancelled. Which I used PTO to be able to attend today. Needless to say I will not be attempting again.

Went in to the Suffolk location today just Purchases some items , Found out something was going on with my account. The nice lady Michelle at the front was extremely helpful and very kind to my situation. Thank you for being patient and helping me with my issue that was solved. She also got me my discount. Well I went to Ulta for the 1st time and let me tell you the experience was AMAZING. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need including stylist. I was nervous bcuz it was so much in there it was a bit overwhelming and my anxiety kicked in so much so I don't know how it happened but a shelf of products fell when a walked down an aisle nevertheless the associates were friendly still asked if I was ok and proceeded to help me find what I was looking for. That's when it happened I found the stylist section in the bk. A young man named Anthony I'ma call him my angel. He was simply the best. We even shared a moment. Little does he know he helped me with a bit more than just the makeup that I still haven't even worn yet. His customer service skills were through the roof. Give him a raise. He deserves to head a department and I'm not just saying that. I really critique businesses on customer service and I've never witnessed anything like him. Thank youuuu

Nice and extremely helpful. Asked questions (don't usually wear makeup) and they were quick to ask questions (skin type, dry, oily, etc) to provide the right recommendation. Will be back and was extremely happy with the products. <3
