First time shipping anything at this location and the customer service I received from Spencer was horrible. I had an Amazon return for two items and I specified I would be needing to purchase a larger box to put my two boxes inside. He resealed my two boxes then proceeded to give me the large box I purchased for $19. However he would not pack it nor seal it. I was told to get out of line and “go purchase my own tape”. Just to get BACK in line with my sealed package that already has a shipping label and wait and wait and wait until finally one his coworkers noticed I just needed to leave the box with them. his coworkers gladly taped everyone else’s packages and they were much more kind. Communication is key and I could’ve been more prepared from the very start.

If the store manager isn't there, expect to have a long wait for no reason other than the employees being hired don't know the services and/or products of UPS. Poor hiring selection as well as poor training and customer service. Requested a business mailbox. Not only did I have to wait close to 2hours, it was all for nothing because I was being over charged and the store manager wasn't able to do anything over the phone. Couldn't even go to another store afterwards because they held me there so long. Don't waste your time here if your looking to actually have an employee assist you with something smfh

The person who answered the phone was not helpful. When I tried to explain what I needing I was placed on hold and never got back to.

Jeffrey was amazing. Even with technical issues, he maintained his calm and friendly to everyone that came in. Another associate came in while I was there and her bad attitude carried with her towards her comments to Jeffrey and other guests. But he kept his demeanor. Great asset and definitely knows about Unreasonable Hospitality philosophy!

I've been here a dozen times over the years for various things: job paperwork, shipping, printing. Everyone here has, every time, been nothing but helpful and patient, which is remarkable considering how busy they always are! It astonishes me. There is one woman in particular who I think has worked here for years who has been nothing but the most helpful person ever. I loathe going to the UPS store or the post office because of the lines, and I'm always worried I will mess up an address or a process. She and the other employees never make me feel like I am wasting their time or dragging down their day. I appreciate that.

The quality of the service. This particular store is exceptional in Customer Service and efficiency.
SHAYLA PARKER is often my service agent. She greets me! She assists me. She is always courious and friendly. SHAYLA is grace under fire when things get hectic and very busy. I have observed SHAYLA handle difficult customers and complex problems very professionally. SHAYLA makes going to this location something that I look forward to. I like going to this location.
I have observed TAI WISHER provide leadership and management support. TAI is more involved in other tasks and less at the counter and appears to be the leadership and training manager. Tai and Shayla are an asset to this location and UPS. In times of poor Customer Service in many business sectors, Tai and Shayla are exception examples of Quality Customer Service.

Great experience every visit, which is becoming very hard to find. People who know they are being hired to be front line employees & know they will be interacting with the public are not interested in helping customers & does not seem to have the tools or won’t use the tools they were given to help customers. Started using this particular UPS in June 2021 & found the employee’s took time to help me use the copier which kept jamming. Get this “without an attitude “ , which is very rare these days. I have grandchildren that lives almost a thousand miles away at the end of 2023. I started using this place to send my family care package rather than use my local post office. UPS is faster cost to ship BUT hands down wins with getting my package delivered faster. On top of that
this tiny place put in a Amazon scanner station and you don’t have to stand in line. Six days ago a woman saw me struggling with taking out big boxes from my truck & offered to go get one of their dollies. I really, really appreciated her help and kindness. I’m a verified user & not an employee or friends of any of the employees.

Bottom line. Unreliable. Needed to ship a package overnight (about 90 miles) to arrive the following morning. It was not delivered. Customer service couldn't tell me where it was. Turned out it never made it on the truck.
