Well the hours are already ridiculous for this location...and they arent even here when they are supposed to be. Sign on the door says open til 4:30pm. Its 3:45 and the doors are locked and my package is too large to fit in the drop box. This is not the first time. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time which is what led me to leave this review.

Signage states OPEN 10:00AM. Door is locked, no one at desk inside, 10:52AM. This place SUCKS. Never seen a worse run post office.

TERRIBLE drivers, literally have never delivered a package to the right address, but when i went the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice, showed us the address it said the package was delivered to (which thankfully was my friends house) so i went over to get it, now if i lived in an apartment complex or something and got my package delivered to the wrong address and didnt know my neighbors i would be furious, do not use usps for packages

got a notification my mail was delivered at 1:31pm, go to check it and it’s nowhere to be found. i wish this was the first time this has happened but nope! my mail has been found in the wrong mailbox, in a box meant for packages but no key left, or not found at all. getting mail delivered from this location is honestly a disaster and good luck getting in contact with anyone, they don’t answer the phones. i even get informed delivery but for what purpose? to show me the mail i may or may not get that day? insane.

I don't understand why with all the negative reviews nothing is ever done.
I have had multiple package make it to this post office just for them to send them back because they didn't want to deliver. One time you could think it was a mistake but this has happened about 5 times at this one location.

My packages never arrive on time and even today had my mail delivered to my mail locker. Got a package that was left in a bigger locker reserved for large packages. Instead of leaving me a key for the large package locker, like theyre supposed to do. They left me a key for someone else's mail box locker. I now have access to someone else's mail thanks to usps.

Not only did they tell us they could not find our mail key for our new home, they could not give us an estimate on completion and it’s been over a week and a half. We cannot get to important packages or medications now. The clerks provided no help and their phone line rings until it disconnects. I question whether they even return from their lunch hour.

Mail workers are very careless with delivering packages. They always put my packages in someone else mailbox. which I never receive. These heartless people in this world always benefit from it.

My package been stuck at there warehouse since January 26 they are known for stealing or missing packages and my shi has been there for so ducking long edit : my package left there warehouse these other comments was scary

Worst post office ever. Network is always down, no QR code scanning, no debit or card cards so cash only. Closed or on break at weird times. Why do you need to go on break at 1015 when you just opened at 1000? I would say don't come here but they are probably happy if you don't.

The absolute worst post office! We’ve had multiple issues and nothing ever gets resolved. I put in a service request and they closed it but never contacted me. I get informed delivered and don’t even get the mail that they show is supposed to be delivered. I will be filing a formal complaint against this post office.

Worst post office!! Never opens on time. Arrived as they closed a few minutes early. Was suppose to open at 130 but I left at 210!! Several ppl were waiting with me and everyone left. FYI not the first time!!!

I am writing to express my frustration with the service at the Bennett Creek Parkway Post Office. I arrived today at 1 PM, and despite the posted opening time of 1:30 PM, the post office still had not opened by 1:50 PM.
There was a line of 11 people waiting, and several individuals left due to the delay. This experience highlights a concerning lack of customer service and efficiency.
I urge you to address this issue to improve the experience for all customers

Don't try to call, they just let it ring until it hangs up on you. They also don't scan the packages properly not even scanning them in when not delivered, but then sending to other post offices. Their phone is ringing and hanging up on me again. I've called over 20+ times in the past 2 days. I guess if you aren't able to come in they don't care

Worst mail service I have ever seen! They don’t care if you get your mail or not! I have complained so many times but nothing changes. I have pictures of my mail coats I never received it. Half the time I get someone else mail!
