Middle aged Lady with glasses at the front counter needs to relearn customer service. Seems like based on other reviews she’s been quite rude & unhelpful before.

Mailed a letter to my son from NC to Suffolk Va on July 14, they still haven’t gotten the letter as of August 5th!!! The last time I mailed him something before that it took 14 days! They will be reported to a congressman who represents that area!
June 2025
I mailed a prepaid package to return my glucose monitor back to the manufacturer for a refund. Three weeks later the manufacturer company contacted to let me know the never received the prepaid package. This is criminal behavior of a US Post Office. Someone should be held accountable for missing packages.
