hello my notification states that my order was delivered today 4-5-25 at 12:41 security cameras shows no mail delivery at the hour. It does show the mail truck going by my mailbox at 1:06 but not stopping at all. I called the post office they are saying the package was delivered at my address but the wrong address I only have one address.It's the same address that's on the order confirmation email and the order I'm told that the seller sender sent it to the wrong address, But yet the post office says it was delivered at 12:41 and video footage shows no mail truck stop or coming by at that hour it dose show a mail truck going by at 1:06 pm but did not stop at my mail box at all.

I am highly disappointed of Holland Road postal services Suffolk, Virginia. I ordered a package from eBay and it was delivered to this post office to get delivered to my house never seen this package. I tracked the package and it was supposed to be delivered to me Monday March 24 here it is Friday march 28 and I still haven’t seen a package yet every time I called them it’s always the next business day here it is going on a week and I still haven’t received my package. They had a new driver that didn’t know absolutely nothing about delivering packages and lost my package, they blame the seller who I’ve called and they confirmed that they shipped my package out $500 gone down the drain you guys have to do better!!!

I changed my address over a month ago, as did the other 2 adults in my household. We’ve received 3 pieces of mail. A gift from previous neighbors - never arrived, no xmas cards, bills, or even junk mail- WTH?

This is the laziest post office in the state of virginia, mail not delivered, lost mail, nothing but excuses. If they do actually deliver your package they are too lazy to actually walk up the steps.
They failed to deliver my packages on Christmas eve due to animal interference! Which is a bs excuse. All of my dogs are inside house at all times unless they go out in a fenced in yard. That has a locked gate.
Every single person in this post office needs to be fired. I've complained for over a year since our whaleyville post office that's 5 minutes away was changed to Quay road 20 minutes away.
Thank goodness all my mail is scanned so I know what's supposed to be delivered on what day.
I've complained to the Postmaster of suffolk as well and gotten no response.
Lazy, inefficient, and incompetent. Give these jobs to someone that will actually go them.
Thank you for ruining my Christmas.

Our mail arrives between 7-8 pm. daily. My complaint with this office is ….I have packages that say from tracking they are out for delivery. Well, they don’t arrive . This is a constant problem. I’ve checked with Amazon and they have investigated on their end . They say it’s the last post office. I wish when they deliver, they deliver all my mail.
