Don’t recommend this location. I didn’t feel welcomed here; it felt like I was bothering them.
I also highly recommend you visit a corporate store instead of this privately owned Verizon store. I tried to upgrade my phone with an iPhone that wasn’t on my account and they told me it was impossible. I simply called Verizon and they made it happen. They gave zero effort to find a solution. These privately owned stores don’t have all the capabilities that corporate stores have.
So! Those two things being said, GO TO A CORPORATE STORE!

I stopped by the Verizon Victor store on College Drive seeking assistance and recommendations on a screensaver for my new Galaxy Tab S10 plus. DJ was very helpful and very thorough. Extremely knowledgeable on all the screen protectors and helped me pick out the perfect product. Very pleasant experience.

For 2 days i was trying to switch my number with another company and was getting nowhere. So I decided to go to Verizon. I received great customer service. The manager was very helpful understanding to my needs. Thank you churchland branch in portsmouth va.

I went to the business to start a new phone plan. I set an appointment. I walked in wasn’t greeted or talked to at all the whole time I was there waiting. It was past the appointment time and people walked in and got help before I did. They were very cold and dismissive. I went to a different Verizon and got better service.
