When are ya’ll going to get the soft touch at the end of the wash fixed? Good wash, help could do a better job on guiding you in. I’ve had multiple times where they say go left, left , then right, right = I’m where I started from 🤦♀️, all minor nits.

Didnt clean my car very good had to go through a second time and the tires were greasy after the wash. Tire shine put black grease on my rims.

Excellent customer service! I was there on 6/20 and the ladies did a great job on my car and the one in front of me! I watched the ladies scrub the back of a SUV for a few minutes to ensure it was clean. Best car wash in the area! Jessica and Ashlan were great!

Oh my goodness !!! I must say we are in love with Vortex car wash. Literally the windows were clean & dry as well as car wash shining . We were members of another car wash but we are switching to vortex . TOTALLY BETTER CAR CLEANING EXPERIENCE 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Just Started Coming Here all the Way from Portsmouth VA with Green Clean going to 40 a Month on Unlimited Ceramic I found this Spot the Next 2 Months for 20 Bucks I used the Car Wash Today it Washed My Car Well but the Rims was still a Little Dirty but hoping within the next few washes I be able to see that difference to the rims getting cleaned surely I will edit my review at a later date 📅 but so far so good
