This Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and flat-out refuses to help— even when my insurance company calls them directly to resolve an issue, they still refuse to cooperate. When I call the store myself, I’m left on hold for 15+ minutes only to have the call disconnected. This is unacceptable behavior for a pharmacy that people depend on for critical medications and healthcare. I will never spend another cent here, and I strongly encourage others to take their business to a pharmacy that actually values and respects its customers.

The pharmacy is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I've tried calling 5 days in a row now only to be met with being put on hold for an insane amount of time no matter what time of day I call, and sometimes I hear them pick up the phone, talking in the background and then they immediately hang up on me. I just need my prescription 😭

By far one of the most inconsistent places. My problem is the staff. They dont answer the phone and will keep you on hold forever. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS WALGREENS. DONT THEY WILL JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD.

my insurance doesn't work with Walgreens anymore so I needed to get my prescription transferred. I contacted Walmart and they called me back saying that Walgreens didn't have my medications (even though it says they do on the app, and they had been sent the previous night from the ER).
I called Walgreens twice and sat on hold for over a total of 45 minutes before calling again and asking for management, who was able to get me connected to the pharmacy immediately. I spoke with Victoria N. and she gave me a disgusting attitude. when I said I had been waiting, she claimed that I hadn't been calling. then, she claimed that the prescriptions had just come in, despite them being visible on my app for the past day. her attitude was unnecessary and I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
I've come to this specific Walgreens once before and the wait in the drive-thru was absurdly long (over 20mins with one person ahead of me). I am immensely disappointed in my experience here and hope they figure out how to turn this location around.

Worst location ever for pharmaceuticals. They deserve less than one star.
They’ll text to advise your prescription is ready. Then when you arrive to retrieve your items they ask you to return later because they aren’t ready.
If you call them, they don’t answer the phone. They leave it on hold, pick up the line and then place it back on hold. This endless cycle continues until the line disconnects. 30 minutes to be exact.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s a shame of how rude the Pharmacy Technicians are in the pharmacy at this location, especially upholding a healthcare platform. It’s truly sad! I feel for the customers & the Pharmacist. The customer service is awful, they either choose not to answer their phones or place you on hold and never respond then hang up. I’ve been trying to get a hold on someone just to correct an error that they made since 10 am. this morning & it’s now going on 4:15 pm. Unbelievable

Shameful how bad Walgreens customer service has become. So bad, they have to really try hard to fail this bad. This is just not utter incompetence.
There were nine cars in line at 2:12 to pick up prescriptions. The time to pick up medicine is insane.
What is sad is they are the best of the worst in box store pharmacies.
Amazon Pharmacy here I come!

One of the ladies on the pharmacy counter Was being rude to me and not letting me speak. I get it was late but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude. Have better customer service

Ms. Kristi was an angel!! She was so empathetic and sweet toward me. Her service was exceptional and made getting my medication an absolute breeze. She went out of her way for me when she didn’t have to. Definitely need more people like her.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I go there or talk to someone from that location over the phone. They are professional and courteous. I've had numerous prescriptions filled and vaccines administered there as well. I've had one of the lead pharmacists, Kevin, take time out of his busy routine and fill my prescriptions if I get there early. And Ms. Donna at the pharmacy is always super friendly and makes sure that I am taken care of whenever I am there. I highly recommend this location!
