What's the point in making an appointment for a simple flu shot only to have to wait an hour past the appointment time? Probably would have been faster to just do a walk-in appointment somewhere more efficient.

The pharmacy in Suffolk,VA at Constance & Main should be shut down. I have to chase my son’s prescriptions monthly & he is not supposed to miss a dose, yet it takes them 3-4 days to fill. Vera who claimed to be the pharmacy manager on 10/17/24 was rude, spoke over me, clicked her lips, shouted on the phone and said “What do you expect me to do, it’s what’s on the shelf!” There is no reason it should not have been ordered day 1 if not in stock & this is our 4th month going through this. I asked to speak with her manager & she said there’s no one in this store higher than me.” Not a soul there takes accountability or pride in their work. Find another pharmacy! Don’t put yourself through the nightmare of using them.

Posted store hours are 9PM, door locked at 8:20 and the young lady inside won't even acknowledge me at the door to tell me that it's closed. Would have taken 2 seconds!

this is the worst pharmacy ever. every time i come it’s a hassle to get my prescription because they take so damn long. Whenever I pull up to the window after the person in front of me finishes, they scurry off before I reach the window so I have to hit the call button more than once. Drive-through should take priority over whatever the hell they have going on inside. And every time I go I spend more time waiting on them than it takes to bring my prescription to the window.

0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Still sitting in drive thru after 40 minutes and only 2 customers have been helped in 40 minutes. Get it together Walgreens!!! You need to do better!!!

This location has serious Customer Service Issues. Pharmacy will let you stand there for several mins. while 3-4 employees disgust whatever...My time is valuable and Customers pay their income. Stop what you are doing and take care of the Customers FIRST!

Came here for passport photos with the family. Quick easy process. Staff is friendly and it is a typical drugstore. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because their website advertises a coupon for passport photos through Oct 22nd however instead of checking the associate just says she can't do it. Doesn't look at the coupon or attempt to find a way. The coupon says in store only and says to present code to photo associate. Nonetheless it doesn't stop me from completing the task I came to do but some training needs to happen somewhere. I'll still be back whenever I need to grab items.

Slowest Walgreens ever! No consideration for the customers or their schedule. I was the only person in line and waited 10+ minutes for anyone to even speak to me. They were beyond slow, despite the number of workers behind the counter. Horrible Walgreens!
