Working from a doctors office, we put our patients first. Our patient contacted us stating that Walmart informed them that "they never heard or received anything from our office." We faxed the prescription as well as called them. As the doctor requested, I called to follow up and spoke with June. June seemed confused and asked me questions then right in the middle of speaking to me, she started talking to a coworker. All I heard from the person in the background was "June we have it. We already have it." And June rudely hung up on me. After 7 mins, I called back to follow up and someone else answered and cut me off as I was giving me initial greeting of who I am and where I was calling from to say "yes. We have everything." Taken a back I replied to her that I was speaking with June and the call dropped (being polite while knowing I was hung up on.) And since June didn't call us back, I wanted to follow up. I was told again they had everything needed and rudely ended the conversation. This has been noted for our clients' sake. We put our patients first and will always seek pharmacies who do the same. You should be ashamed of how unprofessional and rude your employees are! You are there to serve and help patients, if you lack bed side manner or can't be polite then you're in the wrong profession.

This absolutely the worse pharmacy I have every used!!! They are always out of medications, tell you different things on the phone vs in person, never refill an order on time, rude to customers 90% of the time, and seem to never care someone is waiting while they ignore you. Everyone that works there seems very passive aggressive! There are many other alternatives, I recommend to stay far away.

Had the worst customer service experience today at the College Drive Pharmacy. And older staff in the drop off section told me to wait 30 minutes for my mother’s prescription to transfer from Downtown Suffolk to College Drive.Came back after 40 minutes and the same lady told me that they have not transferred anything yet. So I called the Downtown pharmacy and told me that nobody called them. Additionally, she said that she just needs to type it in to the computer.Instead of apologizing, the lady gave me an attitude and told me to wait for another 20 minutes.So frustrating when you know that someone drop the ball and would not even admit it.

Ordered a prescription for Monday morning , when I had a Prescription pick up that morning. The Pharmacist was very kind to fill my prescription within 30 minutes (pharmacy opened only at 9AM) so I could pick up both prescriptions at 9 30 AM. Thank you for prompt and kind service so I did not have to wait till Tuesday at senior hour for the medication.

Went to pick up my mother in law's Rx; no one in line, no one waiting, 4 staff members working. Took more than ten minutes for someone to help me... and that was a 5th person who came from outside of the pharmacy. No mention of my wait, not even a "have a nice day" afterward... unless you count mine to the person who's finally helped me. Too many other options to settle for this poor service.

They are ao rude! And as a black woman in America, the females at this location (including that nasty pharmacist) make us look bad...the white one aint pleasant either.

This is SLOWEST pharmacy I've ever seen in my life. With 7 people in line no one comes to help the one associate checking people out. Unfortunately I have to get my prescriptions filled at Wal-Mart per my insurance but these people make me consider paying full price.....pathetic!

This is my friendly neighborhood go to whenever and whatever I need something quick,convenient and at reasonable prices. They usually have great selections to chose from along with most if not all of your local as well as big name brands.

The Pharmacy staff is always polite and works with me to get my prescriptions filled as soon as I need them. I've been very happy with their customer service, pharmaceutical knowledge, availability, hours, and prices. I also love the text notifications when something is ready to be picked up or due to be refilled. It's a great system. Their hours are also perfect for a variety of different schedules. I'd recommend this Pharmacy to everyone.

I confess, I'm a WalMart shopper. Low prices, 1 stop shopping convenience (product variety under 1 roof) and let's not forget the Equate store brand that rivals most name brand products. This location has a large parking lot with lots of handicapped spaces up front. Even offer a dedicated online pickup section away from the main entrance. At 9a on Wednesday, it was clean, bright and loaded with employees stocking shelves. A few helped me find stuff in the unfamiliar layout but I had to approach (interrupt) them. No biggy. I did notice this is one of the rare stores whose products matched the price tags underneath. WOW!!! Lack of signage in certain areas (hardware) and 1 checkout lane accounts for the star deduction. No self-checkout either.

I came in to get an oil change, tire rotation and plug a tire. Upon completion of the job, I went to my truck, turned my truck on and noticed that the tire light was still on. I went back inside and spoke with the autocare center service manager-Shawn; he stated that I have to drive around so that my sensors can pick up the changes. I did that for 30min, and the psi increase by 3, turning the tire light off but still indicated a leak since the psi wasn't high like the others. I went back to Walmart. After speaking with Shawn again, he viewed my dashboard readings and check each tire pressure, he was able to determine what the issue was and what went wrong. In summary, he fixed the issue and I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate the time that he took to listen, figure out what the issue was and provide a solution, immediately. Customer service goes a long way, thanks Walmart and most importantly, thank you Shawn.

OMG OMG OMG !!!!!!!!! The experience sure was an average night shift at Walmart... one line open, all the employees are zombies, hating life, not knowing what customer service is, the normal night shift at Walmart. But when my fiancée and I got home to fix up our home made guacamole this was found crawling on our cilantro. Ahhhhhhh !!!!!! What is world coming to? Did President Trump have involvement what so ever? Sooo many questions in sooo little time. WE WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT WALMART !
