I moved out of Virginia over two years ago. Walmart vision center somehow obtained my new address and still solicits business from me even though I have asked them repeatedly to stop. They are wasting resources, creating garbage and wasting my time. That's incredibly rude and arrogant "customer service"

Very unprofessional. Probably scamming people considering how they only accept cash or Cashapp. Also, they ran my insurance and gave me a price for $90 when I knew it was supposed to only be $20 with my insurance. Don’t let them fool you. Always get a second opinion!!! I recommend Sam’s Club Eye Doctor in Chesapeake.

I did not get an eye exam here but I did get glasses for myself my husband and our three children. Joann was the one who helped us. I have a problem picking out glasses and she was extremely helpful. She told me what shape and style would look best on me and she was right. I would've been there for days without her help. She also suggested what type of frames would be best for my teenage sons as well as my preteen son. What could've been a very frustrating time ended up being relaxed and quite fun. We all really enjoyed being helped by her and her assistant. They even called to check up on us later. We were all very satisfied with the service and glasses we receive and I would go back there again. Thanks Joann you're the best!

Hats off to Walmart vision center ! Very knowledgeable about getting you the best bang for your buck. Jessica remembers you and most of the time, even your insurance carrier to speed the process up that much more. The other nice lady who's name has currently slipped my mind that worked with Jessica on the 29th of July around 6pm, fit my glasses to a perfect fit for my head. Thanks again vision crew! See you guys on my next appointment

Came in to the store just for an adjustment. The girls there were amazing straightened my glasses, replaced nose pads and cleaned them! Really need new glasses but do not feel can afford them. Talking to the employees though ill be coming back soon with those prices!

Went into this store right after the New Year and it was not a nice experience the older lady that waited on me was terse and seemed like I was a bother.she seemed more interested in her employees than the customers. BUT decided to give it another try. Apparently they are under new management. I went in Friday and was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Jessica. she was kind and very very helpful with all of my mundane questions. This experience definitely made up for the previous one. I will certainly be going back and sending my husband there too.

I came in just looking for sunglasses and ended up getting a complimentary eye screening. I realized after that I may need to see a doctor so the lady there scheduled me for an appointment next week. They were very helpful and honestly, I am looking forward to better vision.

Cash only, and you can pay the doctor in the back after your exam. That is super shady. I will never go back.

My eye exam was rescheduled twice by them, then canceled by me. When I went to schedule an eye exam at a different location, I was informed that that I would have to pay out of pocket because I had an open claim at WM. This was last month. They're never open (this is their doctors office not the vision center itself) So now I pay for my exam and deal with this issue on a later date. P.S. Doctors Office, stop scheduling more than you can handle.
