Came out to assist the customer ahead of me
whom she knew personally, they talked and laughed, for at least 45 minutes, I even heard them talking and laughing about drinking an alcoholic beverage while I waited and the line in the lobby grew to the door as there was only one teller working. I did not get personal assistance until 2:20. Others continue to wait for personal banking and in the line for assistance. This is not my bank; however, I hope this is not the norm, please hire additional staff so that customers would avoid such a long wait.

Everything is difficult. I’ve banked here for over 25 years and have my business account with them as well. Can’t wait to take my money elsewhere. Always a hassle.

Always fast customer service when I go inside. I have had issues using the ATM machine at this location a couple times so I go inside now. The machine can't count when making a cash deposit. It did give me my correct cash back so I went inside. I informed the teller and it happened again the following week. So I go inside now.As I said though; fast service and there's never a line.

Had the pleasure of meeting Lisa E. today. My Husband and I wanted to add a name to our bank account. She was very helpful and took her time making sure all of our needs were met before we left. She was a breath of fresh air! Thanks for the awesome customer service.

When I first walked in the atmosphere was so welcoming. The manager came to me and introduce herself and who will be assisting with opening my business account. She was very KIND. Yvonne was knowledgeable, sweet ,patient and very hilarious. She made me feel so comfortable when she said we are all done I was a little disappointed.I’m so happy my friend recommended me to this Wells Fargo. My new favorite bank.. keep up the great work and thanks for helping me open my business account.

Called the bank to see if they had a notary. No one would answer the phone it was transferred to a call center. The call center said I need to call the local branch. Did that 2 different times. Put in a complaint message through Facebook. Got a response that completely ignored the problem. All they said was that the customer service representative did the right thing to transfer me back to the local branch. What a joke already started moving my money to a different bank. Wells Fargo does not care about their customers.

I have had good experiences at this bank.Once I was helped by a very dedicated employee. She is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and she shared her story with me and I felt honored to have met her. She was so kind and explained things to me so that I knew what was happening with my account etc.

Give the tellers a break they do the best they can but they have to deal with free loaders second or third generation every day who some how made it on public assistance .who set a bad example for the youth. when the tellers could be helping people on assistance who really need it every month...
