Yes!!! I love the DG. They have a lot of products. Service was nice and helpful. Wishing I could live across the street to a DG. TranAmerica bicycle tour Route76 supply check if heading south. East to west.

I look for this place to go out of business. Since Dollar General has recently phased out self checkouts, but solely targets underserved remote areas like this, convenience, efficiency, and quality of experience have all been thrown out the window. There is NO local competition. It’s the only option for 20 miles each way! These commenters who are screaming about supporting local Businesses Are clearly not local and haven’t the slightest knowledge of the area. There is one single girl in there that works that store and she is absolutely wonderful but she is definitely overworked!!!! I’m not sure if the owners are just cheap and don’t wanna hire enough employees but I have always seen this store in disarray. Lately it’s even worse. The shelves are rarely stocked, lines for check out are insanely long, refrigerators are broken and completely cut off, & bc of that, there is a very limited refrigerated food selection. It really feels like whoever owns and runs this store has already given up.

4.5 stars for convenience. But. These "Dollar" General stores want you to think they are a bargain. When in actuality they are overpriced and generally low quality. Be a smarter consumer and find a local small business if you can and support them.

I like Dollar General. This store is one of the nicest ones. Everyone courteous. I wish we had one at Troutdale, Va.
