This place has a nice boat ramp and plenty of room for parking, it is also a good place for kayaking and kayak fishing. I went here a couple of years ago. I've seen and heard about a lot of big largemouth bass caught in this area of the lake. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good fishing spot.

I'm a lover of their fresh sausage but when I went to purchase in person, I was disappointed to find that a cat has a free reign to be walking on the counter where food is being sold. Not any concern for sanitary practices.

One of my favorite stores. Spend a lot of time at lake chesdin campground which used to be cozy cove. Whippernock is the only store we go to. Great selection friendly people. Couldn't as for more in an old country store.

Always a great visit. If you're not a member of the campground it is a fee on the weekends. It's nice to fish, swim, or go out on the lake! They host bass tournaments on Saturdays. Great store with friendly workers. They sell fishing licenses.
