“We were traveling with my mom from Bluefield WV to Kingsport for an important medical appointment. During a heavy rain we had a wiper blade that kept jumping off the windshield. We stopped prepared to buy new ones when your wonderful assistant manager came out and tightened it for us. When the windshield was recently replaced, the place that installed it did not tighten it back. We arrived for her appointment on time and will forever be thankful for his help!”
