My right front wheel was making a scary 'thunk thunk' sound, and you managed to squeeze me in and quickly diagnosed the issue and sent me on my way. “So I have been having intermediate electrical issues with my MK23 that has had me pulling my hair out at times. 1am this morning the power went out and I could not figure out what was wrong. Voltage readings in the breaker box were making no sense. I was getting 120v on neutral leg no mater which breaker I turned on but was getting nothing with them all off and 120v on line side of main breaker. Because I am living in my camper for work I could not afford to have it in the shop for weeks. I called around and found Terry's. Terry and Esther came out late afternoon, found the problem within a couple of minutes, and had the parts to fix it. 30 amp power cord shorted out possibly from a bad ground connection in the plug. Their prices were very reasonable considering they came to me and same day service but since I have a Good Sam service contract it only cost me the deductible. Thank you again, yall are awesome.”
