The staff and mechanics are understanding and helpful, even assisting drivers of other vehicle brands with issues like tire pressure. They cover all automotive needs through their Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
Through out the just under 80,000 miles on my vehicle I have used Tappahannock Chevrolet all except 3 times when I was out of town and used Chevrolet dealers there. Tappahannock Chevrolet continues to be my favorite service department and I highly recommend them.
