Came here at 8:50p on a Friday and they close at 9p. Now I know that’s cutting it close but I had 10 min to grab the one item I needed and check out. As soon as I get to the door the employee sweeping inside looks at me as I get to the door like I did something wrong. I open the door and said I know you’re closing soon I’ll be quick I’m only grabbing one thing. I run over to the card section and I hear him tell the other employee in the back of the store that a woman just walked in and I hear that employee say “yeah I saw her. Coming in last minute.” She then goes to the front of the store and yells “two minutes!” Mind you I just walked into the store and picked out the card by 8:52p. I work in retail too and this is not the way you provide customer service. If your store closes at 9p then customers have until 9pm not 8:50p. Also this store is always a mess. Won’t go here again.

Not open posted hours, doors locked 30 minutes prior to posted closing. For a rural area where you travel 30-45 minutes to get there, it is very disappointing.
