“(Last week) Of course I left my phone on top of my car as I left for work, noticing only in time to see it without its case flying through the air before it smashed on the road. Worse than losing a phone, is the knowledge that I’ll have to go to spend a day in a Verizon Store…I went to the Tappahannock Verizon store (not one I’ve ever been to) to begin the “process”. What I was dreading initially, turned out to be the most pleasant and quickest experience in a Verizon store that I’ve encountered! Ashley was delightful, kind and very efficient!!
