They have closed for good. I wish they would have sent out notices to the customer or at least sent the customer there dogs records instead of going their and seeing a note on the door.

i brought a tiny cat in around 12:45 she was very mini i called the day before and the woman gave me a very snobby attitude and said they closed at 4:00 and she answered at 11:00 and just brushed it off. i brought the kittin in the next day and she took her from me (mind u ive been here before) a woman let me look at the dogs and the kittens without an “appointment” she took her from me and i asked can i see her again and she claimed that i had to fill out an application to see her or to adopt her when she tool her out of my hand immediately.

The manager is racist and made up random reason we could not get the dog even though I filled out a perfect application and I have no reasons why I could not get him and the staff is very rude. All this was done by the rude manager Ellen she’s also acting crazy and acting like she has serve crazy issue I think she should be tested for ADHD and PTSD and should not be a HR/manager. The dog also looked in bad condition as if it was being abused and hit and not fed in the shelter and the staff was incredibly rude and I hope no one goes there because it is a terrible shelter and they don’t care very well about there dogs and the manager Ellen told a worker that it was fine to not feed the dogs very much they only feed them twice every month and they do not groom or wash their dogs.

Very rude staff and after all the waiting and paperwork, they said we couldn’t adopt the puppy we wanted because we didn’t have a fence.

If you are planning to do community service here, please do not waste your time. The staff here is very rude.I decided to do my 8hr community service here hoping it would be good but it wasn’t. The staff talked to me disrespectful and made me do tasks that could endanger me. By this I mean that I can’t do tasks that the agency said I couldn’t do.They were also rude when I had to leave an hour earlier, which I understand. But I told them I can go back and do the other hour another day.The last day I got there 20 mins late and I called at 8am to let them know I was going to be late because my car didn’t turn on. When I got there she said I couldn’t do the hour because I didn’t call them. I called three times and no one picked up.I went the next day for the hour. I did my tasks and when the hour hit I saw I was leaving. One of the ladies said if I was done washing dishes and I said “no, my hour is done”. She said “No, you have to do the tasks or else I’m taking your hours off”. After this I went back finished the tasks and left. They put on the report I was disrespectful which I wasn’t unless they were. Although I went through that I finished .Thankfully I will never do community service or volunteer here with people like that.
