Excellent location. I've been to several Harbor Freights over the years and this one has the most professional, polite, and helpful staff I've ever come across. It was a VERY busy morning for them, yet Sunshine still answered the phone and fielded my questions quickly and professionally. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and prompt assistance. I had an exchange and they processed it without issue. It's service like this that keeps me coming back to Harbor Freight over the big box stores. To everyone that was working on the morning of January 21st 2026, you all are amazing, thank you for your efforts. Give these folks a raise!!!

Hands down the most Amazing employee ever.. Everytime I see him working he asks about the kids and truly shows concern like another member of the family. Even though I'm 2 hrs from this location it will always be considered my home store.. Thank you for your hard work.
