They were okay other than if you have tattoos you will be profiled where it makes you uncomfortable completely where you can't even go to self-checkout without them standing over top of you thinking you're stealing something even though I probably make close to $150,000 a year way more than they would ever make and they assume because I have tattoos I'm out to get them

I go there often and everyone is helpful, polite and friendly. They are knowledgeable about just about anything. I've actually gotten advice on doing a project in my house and the advice they gave me, I took, and it turned out perfect

BEWARE!!! I ordered a fridge & stove, was given a “window frame” time of 7:30am-11:30am. After taking off work to ensure I was there (it was mandatory) then still no delivery.When I called to the store the associate acted like “oh well” sorry it’s a 3rd party company so we can’t track it. Now why would I buy something from that location to be told if it doesn’t come deal with the delivery driver not the company. It’s ridiculous. I finally spoke to Heather and she is the only reason I don’t cancel the whole purchase!!(very polite & accommodating)

I actually had a wonderful purchasing experience with Lowes Tappahannock for my new Samsung Refrigerator. I even sat in the appliance department with the manager and wrote up a glowing review on the gentleman that helped us. Fast forward a week to delivery day and the install crew were just as awesome! They were patient, careful and new what the were doing. So far everything is great.24 hours later it turns out the refrigerator portion isn’t cooling down (freezer works great). So naturally, I call Lowe’s, let them know the issue and they transfer me to appliances. I again explain the issue to the lady that answered. She responded with, “okay, well what do you want US to do about?” I was completely taken aback. I’m obviously calling because I would like some support and guidance on the next move while hundreds of dollars are groceries are wasting away in a cooler of melting ice. She says, “well we can come pick it up since it was delivered yesterday.” It wasn’t even the things she was saying, it was her tone. Like I’m an idiot to think that Lowes could assist me in anyway and now that I’ve made my purchase they could care less anymore. I actually ended up informing her that she was being rude and she got super defensive and yelled that she wasn’t. It sucks to have such a wonderful experience with a company to have it ruined by one person that can’t be bothered to show some compassion in a customer facing role, especially with the many years of experience she claimed to have.

Paid for lumber to be delivered on a Wednesday. Had to call them at 2:00 in afternoon for them to tell me it would be Friday. Got a call 8:00 Friday morning that it would be delivered. Got a call at 20:00 that it would be Saturday. I went and got my money back . That's last time I support this store.

My refrigerator died. Originally went to Gloucester location because it is closer. They were closed because no power. Drove an additional hour to Tappahannock. After finally getting waited on, being told no refrigerators in stock, picked one out to be delivered (6 days later), along with a dishwasher. I was told I would receive a call the day before to confirm delivery and a call within 30 minutes from delivery crew prio to being delivered. Because of the wide delivery time, I scheduled to take the day off. I never received a call the day before. The morning of scheduled delivery I called to confirm. I tried using the automated system-could not find my order. After finally beingtransfered to a living person, they could not confirm my order/delivery. After living out of a cooler for a week & taking a day off work, I wanted the new refrigerator I had paid for! After me insisting I had ordered it in person in that store, 30 minutes later they found my order. Again, was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery showed up several hours later with no phone call. Old refrigerator out & new one in. Thought the water line had been connected prior to delivery/installation person leaving. Was I wrong! I had an inch of water in my kitchen floor.
