I have been a verizon customer for decades and have 7 phones on my account.
I drove to the Verizon store near my summer home and ordered a new iPhone. I gave them my mom's phone number and was told it would be in the store in 2 days. My mom flew home on the second day so I stopped into the store to pick up the phone and it was not there yet.
I was told they would call me when it was ready and acted like I was stupid for just showing up to get the phone. I told the sales person I would be home alone without a working phone. He repeated they would call when it arrived. I asked if they were going to give me a loaner phone because I didn’t have a working phone. He looked at me like I was stupid and said they don’t give out loaner phones and repeated they would call when my phone arrived.
To add insult to injury, as I was heading towards the door the salesman stared laughing at me and proceeded to tell his co workers how stupid I was for asking for a loaner phone so I would have something to answer when they called.
Needless to say, I never received a call to pick up my phone and I will never go back to that store. I had a new screen put in my iPhone 14 and I will stick with until it dies.

My 90 year old Aunt went in there to have her Verizon service switched over to a new phone that I gave her. The associate acted as if she asked him to send a satellite into space. The associate treated her Very badly and the service was never done ,I ended up taking it to OSL in Walmart and they courteously and quickly switched it over.

My dad needed some help with transferring his information from his old phone to the new one and Abel was great. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He made sure that everything we needed him to have to my dad's phone was on there.

I walked in as one of the confused old men with a phone problem. I was treated wonderfully. I believe the young man's name was Brad. He resolved my issue very quickly. Give that man a raise!

Worst verizon store I have ever been to. Associates are rude and condescending and won't help people. Also they charge more for acceories apparently in there store then the one up in Dalhgren. Dahlgren store is 10 times better than this store. Came into this store last week after receiving a replacement phone that went faulty. Asked for a camera cover for the S23 Ultra. I also looked up prices only for the same part. The clerk tried to sell me the camera cover for $30. Amazon had it for $25. So I said I would pass. A few days later I fould out replacement phone had a faulty mobile Hotspot so I went to the Dahlgren store. They were more than happy to help me out and called tech support for me. After trouble shooting the issue, a new phone was sent out again. While I was there, I figured I would ask what the price was for the camera cover there, the salesperson told $20. I said I would take it for when my new phone arrived. When he pulled up my account, he saw I was a Veteran and added on my discount, bringing the sale price down to $15. That's half the price that this store tried to charge me for the same exact part. So if you want to be ignored and treated like trash, come here to the Tappahannock store. If you want to be treated like a human and get charged the right price for things, take the extra drive to Dahlgren store. I am so glad Verizon hires people who know how to treat their Veterans. I will be waiting on a call from the store manager tomorrow if the lazy employee even gives them my info. I will also be calling Verizon directly tomorrow.

(Last week) Of course I left my phone on top of my car as I left for work, noticing only in time to see it without its case flying through the air before it smashed on the road. Worse than losing a phone, is the knowledge that I’ll have to go to spend a day in a Verizon Store…I went to the Tappahannock Verizon store (not one I’ve ever been to) to begin the “process”. What I was dreading initially, turned out to be the most pleasant and quickest experience in a Verizon store that I’ve encountered! Ashley was delightful, kind and very efficient!! Thank you, Ashley, for making the process effortless and for all of your help!! Great job!!
