Gift card purchased/funds never applied to card. Have receipts Have gotten zero help from Walgreens. I have since learned this happens often when cards purchased at this particular store. The funds were transferred where??? Not to gift card. Will not shop here. I will make sure everyone knows and they should shop elsewhere.

I WAS JUST DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL IN TAPPAHANNOCK AND WAS GIVEN A PRESCRIPTION FOR A NEW ANTIBIOTIC, AND I RECEIVED A PRESCRIPTION FOR DOXICYLINE, AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEVAQUIN IF I'M SPELLING IT CORRECTLY! THEY DIDN'T FILL THAT, AND I GOT HOME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY GAVE ME THE DOXYCYLINE ONLY WHICH WAS CANCELLED BY THE HOSPITAL! NOW I HAVE TO GO TO CALAO TO PICK UP THE LEVIQUIN! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO WALMART IN TAPPAHANNOCK AS THEY ALWAYS GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS CORRECT! THIS IS WHY I DON'T USE WALGREENS PHARMACY! IT GETS WORSE EVERY TIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM! THEY CAN CALL ME ON MY HOME PHONE IF THEY WANT TO. WE STOPPED USING WALGREENS WHEN IT WAS CALLED ANOTHER NAME! IT RIDICULOUS THAT I AND OTHERS HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE INCOMPETENTCY!

It was nice to find one while traveling. I didn't need a prescription, only spotted in for snacks. I wish they had drinks without high fructose corn syrup. Ended up getting water, pistachios and soft mints (made with cane sugar).

The walgreens staff is very friendly and helpful! They keep the store very clean, neat, and organized even when it's busy. This is my favorite location to go to!

Script called in to RX, 2 hrs later not ready, told it would be 30 minutes, waited around 30 plus and now they don't have it in. Asked Dr office to call in to another pharmacy. What a waste of my 1 day off.

I will not go to this pharmacy ever again. I went in Sunday July 16th to get a script for my granddaughter. I was told that they did not have it in stock, but they would order it. I was told to stop back Monday July 17th after 2pm because it would come in on their truck and it would take until at least 2 to unpack boxes and put on the shelves. I said "Okay, I'm fine with that." My husband stopped in to pick up the medicine at around 2:30 and was told it was there but , the freight wasn't unpacked yet and to stop back at 5. I stopped in at 5 and was told it wasn't on the truck. Really? They couldn't make a phone call? I was told it might be in tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. I had them transfer the prescription to Walmart and Walmart had it ready in 20 minutes. The female pharmacist at Walgreens is useless!! She definitely needs some customer service skills!

I have no idea why the pharmacy hours have changed. They are now closed on Saturday and Sunday. And only open until 6 pm during the week. This will hurt the people who work and also anyone being discharged from hospital with a new prescription during the weekend. Not customer friendly.

Went in today to get a boosters shot for Covid 19 Vaccine. All of the staff were amazing.
