Yall keep over charging than what the price tag states. Usually it’s only been a dollar or 2 so I’ve let it go. Now it’s whole 13$. This is a common problem yall have. I feel like every other time I come into y’all’s store I’m not getting charged correctly. My husband also reminded me of the time y’all tried to over charge him 10$ for a battery pack luckily he caught that one in time. Most people who come and buy over a couple items aren’t fully checking to see if each price is correct. If y’all aren’t making sure the prices match that is price discrepancy and kinda considered stealing from your customers. I’m sure yall have made a lot of money off of people who don’t pay attention to that and that’s not okay. It should not be on the customers to make sure yall are doing your job right. We don’t get paid to check your prices, yall do. Yall are making hundreds off of us already, don’t be making more in a shady way by overcharging because yall don’t want to take the time and make sure y’all’s prices are matching up correctly. Just because some people didn’t catch it doesn’t mean you didn’t kinda steal their money.

Unfortunately this location in Rappahannock va could use a manager who shows up every day.
The location is in desperate need of a face lift. Most employees text while working. There's one gentleman at the front who's always on his phone talking. Help, well you need to hunt them down for that. And don't bother calling, most times no one answers the phone.
Very sad ....... By the way, if you expect me to check myself out and bag my own things, either pay me or don't bother checking my receipt. I don't work for your company...

Tried calling the store for over 30min and nobody would answer. Called the national customer service number to see if they could connect me but after them trying for 20min they also could not contact the store. Not answering the phone for over an hour on a regular Saturday is unacceptable in my opinion
