My dad took his Stihl chainsaw out there weeks ago. It was probably at least 6 or more. After making multiple calls to check the status of the chainsaw being fixed, and getting excuses each time as to why the repair had not been completed, my mom called and the lady that works there tells her “well, I think it’s ready”. My dad goes to pick it up and when he gets there the repair bill (the parts that were installed weren’t listed on the the invoice), and we don’t know the price of the parts they used to repair it. He was charged 200.00! The saw is at least 15 years old, if not older. Had my dad known that before they decided to rip him off he could have bought the same saw new for $400.00. The model number for the new saw has changed, but for a Stihl saw equivalent to the old one is only $400.00. If you need a repair I highly suggest going elsewhere to have it done. If a business can’t make a phone call to a customer to let them know the cost to repair it really isn’t worth it, then that is a poor excuse for a business.

Took a FS 111 R there to be fixed. after about 2 weeks, got a call back saying " your weedeater is fixed. " I have a FS 131 R that I haven't had no more than a month , when it gets hot, it will not run, until it cools down. As I go in the store to pick up my 111. This man comes out, with this older feller. I tell them, I'm here to pick up my 111 and I have a 131 R that's acting like it's the coil, going down just like this 111 did. This younger feller say very rudely " where did you buy it at? " I told him outdoor country .. He says " Then why are they not working on it.?" I said because I haven't took it to them yet. Why are these people so mean up there for?

Worst experience ever the woman is rude and has an ugly attitude. Does not want to comply with stihl policy. Has the attitude the customer us always 100% wrong. Even when a stihl represitive on the phone.
