They won’t drop my packages off at my house and I work until 5 o’clock so it’s kind of difficult to get my stuff and that woman is extremely rude I get there four minutes before they close and then they were closing their window I even yelled please wait and they ignored me

I regret that I have to even give this post office one star. Female in charge was very rude, refused to give overnighted package to addressee FIVE DAYS AFTER GUARNATEED DELIVERY DATE of 3/29/24!!! Addressee was at this post office three days in a row to try to get the package. Female in charge refused to speak with me, the sender, and refused to let me speak with her supervisor because :she was in charge". Finally, after 15-20 minutes she called the delivery person to confirm the package hadn't been delivered when she knew full well it had not been delivered because IT WAS AT HER POST OFFICE BUILDING, then gave the package to the addressee. She failed to scan "delivery" before she handed it over so now I can't even get my Money Back Guaranteed Refund for failure to deliver by 6 PM on 3/29/24. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This may cause the USPS to lose my business as I will have to overnight packages frequently to the addressee. She should be FIRED!

I have never in my life been made to feel as I was made to feel in this place today! The women working the counter was the rudest person to me and every one else that came in she was so nice to and I’ve never been in here before. Talked to me like I was a child. Didn’t want to help me with anything I needed to ship. I’ll never ever be back in there to do any type of business ever again.
