First off I never like to assume someone is just mean. My family and I were passing through Timberville on Monday and we stopped for food/drinks at this store. The gentleman (STEVE) who was working at the counter had HORRIBLE customer service skills. I attempted to make conversation and her was so RUDE. You could see pure misery on his face . He didnt greet me or thank me . I asked a question he would not reply ! He actually rolled his eyes! Its ashame when you dislike your job that much! His beard was very unprofessional as he kept scratching it. Its so frustrating when ypu spend money at a place abandoned get treated like this!!

They cannot keep help at this store and the new guy who was there on Sunday was very rude and acted like a know it all when clearly he was not familiar. Someone said it was the new manager... if that is the case wow is all I can say! Not friendly !

Jeff was awesome!! He told us about the $5.00 box deal for the chicken. My son has Autism and he was so excited. Thank you Jeff for being so nice and always being great when we come.

Fast and friendly. If you come here and don’t get this deals you didn’t visit Timberville. With new management offering you fresh fried chicken and your favorite fried chicken livers and gizzard, french fries and potatoes wedges, apple pie and also cherry, double breaded fish, the hot case restock on demand with fresh food, delicacies of parfaits. You must visit this location if you’re nearby and hungry!!!!

Twice now have gotten expired food from there. Just got chips from there that expired almost a year ago. Store is always trashed and dirty. My wife is now throwing up from eating these chips. Be warned anyone! Temped to contact health dept.

This was the worst gas station I’ve seen in a while! I only stopped to get gas and use the restroom. Upon seeing the state of the bathroom I decided not to use it as there were feces all over the seats and trash everywhere. Store was filthy and trash cans were overflowing into the parking lot.

Just walked in tonight at 12 to get a donut an went to open the case an it was full of fruit flies? it looked like they have been in there all day an when I told a employee they did nothing very disappointed in how the situation was handled
