My sister and I absolutely love Hair Factory! Julie is the "Sweet Lady" who cuts and washes our hair. Julie always shaves my mustash and beard to perfection! We would not go anywhere else! The whole staff is friendly as the day is long! Love love love Hair Factory!!!

We've attempted to walk-in for a quick kid's trim two separate occasions and both times they've said they didn't have time to cut their hair and could “maybe do it sometime next week.†The shop was open with two ladies, empty chairs, and no customers waiting. Very unwelcoming and apparently not interested in taking new customers.

The Hair Factory is always a great place to get your ears lowered. The staff there make you feel welcome every time you're in and I've received an excellent cut every time I've been. Not only that, but their prices are very fair. I highly recommend Hair Factory.
