“We were at a camp ground and the starter died on my 2007 f150. Called them at 4:30 pm and they said to have the tow company drop it off and they will look at it first thing in the morning. Got the call at 8 with the price, and it was done by 11. since I was still at the camp ground with no way to get there, they brought the truck to me.Bottom line,fair price and excellent service. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you.”
“We picked up a nail on our way to a recent conference in Williamsburg. A major storm was predicted and we wanted to fix the tire before the rain and wind arrived. Not knowing who to call, we first tried our luck at a well-known shop only to find out they couldn't take care of us for a couple of days. Thankfully, we discovered Tire Choice Auto Service on our way out of the parking lot. The staff was super helpful and took care of us right away. As we visited with other customers, it was clear that the shop is well-respected by locals. The repair was quickly made, and they wished us well! It is rare these days to find a service provider who makes such an effort to care for their customers. Wish we could add one more star to the review.”
“If I could rate this place, 10 out of five stars, I would. They stay busy and it’s hard to get an appointment it’s worth the wait. we have been a customer of the shop for a few years now and I have recommended other family members who share the same experience. Very professional very informed and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer out. We had a truck and turns out the transmission control module was discontinued and needed to be replaced, our truck sat there for a year due to AC Delco – GM issues, but they maintained communication with us every step of the way. “People were amazing super nice!!! A lot of useful information they helped us with! They were more expensive than a couple other places but it was definitely worth it! Meineke really told us my back tires wouldn’t fit in the garage yet jiffy lube had no problems the tires are 24s so it’s not that crazy! But thankful jiffylube helped us with no problems and they were very fast!!! Definitely will go back”

“I was stranded on the side of 64 with a broken belt. I called and he said he would gladly help me and even recommend a tow truck. Wilson’s towing. The tow truck showed up in 10 min, I was at the shop in 7min and he immediately got my car in replaced the belt and got me back on my way. I can’t recommend him enough, amazing service.”
